I called a friend who once lived in the area and he recommended this place. So got up early and made it to their office by 8:30 am only to discover a full parking lot. Long story short, they had me in and out in 45 mins. Mind you the waiting room was packed but this place was crazy efficient. I walked out and went to get my prescription filled nearby. All before I had to check out of my room with my dogs!!! This place is great!!! Highly recommended

The front desk rep said that it would be 2 to 3 days I called on the third day and was told that the results were in but a nurse had to call me back to tell me information. No one ever called me back and I don't think that I should have to call several times just to get lab results. I have not been feeling well and it derailed my time of treatment if anything is going on because I'm not told if there's any results or if there will be medication given or anything like that. It is upsetting that I am not getting proper care in a timely manner. Someone should be returning calls to patients as results are coming in.

Damien checked me in, and he was very professional and pleasant. Once inside, Nina C what is my nurse and she was amazing! She had a great bedside manner, very professional, she explained every test that she was doing in detail, and assured that I was feeling well along the way. Nina's demeanor was what we hope for in a medical professional: It was easy tell she loves everything about her job. All of the staff was great. All in all my experience at Concerta was good. I will see them in a week for my results and I'll be back next year for my annual.

My workman's claim was closed by CONCENTRA because of missed appointments, being physical therapy what was making my injury worse. That was also communicated through appointment with the physician. Now let's talk about the physician care. Not ONCE did I see the same "doctor" so each "doctor" diagnosed me with something else or telling me completely different things. This place sucks! On May 15th I came in because my temperature dropped to 95 degrees. It was the second time in a year that has happened and when it does happen I feel horrible and really sick to my stomach. I came into this Urgent Care (mistake number one) and paid in cash (mistake number two) before I went back. By the time they took my vitals, my temperature was back up but I was still hoping for some possible blood work to see if there was any cause they could tell. Instead, they did a quick assessment and said I was "fatigued" (are you kidding me?!). When I asked if they could still do blood work or even check my blood sugar, the physician refused because he said the physical showed no need for it. Well, a few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $35. I called Atriums billing and I also called this location itself and they had no record of me paying. So, I am assuming whoever was working the front desk at the time pocketed the money because I 100% know I paid because I was mad that I paid that much for the diagnosis of "fatigue". The only positive experience I had was calling today and talking to (a different) front desk representative and she gave me the number for a supervisor and that supervisor seemed genuinely concerned in figuring out who potentially pocketed my money. Regardless I may be out $70 (the amazing supervisor is working on it still) with no actual diagnosis.

After waiting for nearly an hour, the nurse came out and informed me--as well as another patient who also had a scheduled appointment--that she would not be able to see us. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. The clinic's posted hours indicated it was open until 7:30 PM, yet told at 6:55pm, we wouldn't be seen. During that entire hour, only one patient was seen. Had we been informed sooner that appointments could not be honored, we could have made other arrangements instead of wasting our time. The nurse was rude and dismissive, which made an already frustrating experience even worse. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. CVS needs to address the staffing and management issues at this location to prevent other patients from experiencing the same treatment. Very disappointed. If I could leave no star, I would! My kids and I got really sick before the Christmas holiday and needed to be seen. Thank goodness they had lots of options still open the next morning (and same day). We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment. No one was in the waiting room (assuming they were seeing patients). 15 mins passed our appointment time one patient came out and two staff members (one from each of the two rooms). That's when the NP told us "we'll be right with you." Waited another 10 minutes before we were called back into the room. The NP was the only person seeing patients as the doctor lady wasn't seeing anyone the entire time we checked in. The NP was really nice despite our long wait.

After being called back up to sign a waiver, I had questions about opting out of the AI agreement portion. I was told I couldn't opt out, even though the form indicated there was an option to do so. I also asked about my insurance billing and she answered the question in an annoyed tone. I had more follow up questions and was handed a paper and told to "read this" rather than having my questions clearly explained. Patients deserve clear communication and respectful treatment. The office needs more customer service training, as well as better familiarity with the information being presented to patients. I will not be returning. Atrium Health is about four minutes away from this office, and I've found them to be much more helpful and courteous if your insurance allows you should go there.
