I messaged and emailed around based on business info. on Yelp and hygienic cleaning services was the first one that agreed to offer their services. Even the manager showed up later so that we could get things done and I could drive back to Denver. They helped me wipe down everything (the condo got renovated recently so it was dusty everywhere), made all of the beds, helped me hang up the curtains, and even got my furniture ready and recycled the boxes. The condo looked sparklingly clean right now! The only regret I have now is not paying them enough！ Three of them came and worked hard for 3+ hours!

We had a very costly and unprofessional experience with this company…read more The contract was to retile one bathroom and remove a tub and construct a walk-in shower with a raised still and sliding glass doors in the other. Israel Allen did not follow the contract specs. Installed the wrong tile in one bathroom. Did not installed the required niches in either bathroom. Informed us after the fact he installed stainless steel shelves. His excuse, there was a fire wall. He could have installed them on the two non-firewall areas. This is exactly what we did not want! The master bathroom walk-in shower was to have a step tiled pan with a raised still to prevent water from ending up on the floor. Instead, he constructed a 8 inch high raised flat platform! Now when the shower water hits the glass doors copious quantity of water end up on the floor! If there was ever a minor drain backup, this shower platform would flood the bathroom floor eventually leaking down to other floors in the condo building. We told Israel Allen on numerous occasions to engage with the Homeowner's management engineer to prevent any installation issues. Israel Allen spoke with the engineer prior to starting the project but never contacted him again. Proper engagement would have prevented this major error. We had to fly out from the East Coast once we saw the picture of the master bathroom shower final installation to rectify the issues. We had our Building Management and Homeowner Management personnel come and inspect the installation: Management would not approve the walk-in installation as constructed. Our condo had to be removed from the rental program until we correct the issues with the master bath shower. We now have contracted with an approved contractor to reconstruct the base with a proper pan and still to have the shower approved at additional costs to us. Wheatley would not address this issue without a change order and additional costs. Overall, the work was sloppy and unacceptable such as white grout staining the gray floor tile grout in both bathrooms. An example of lack of simple attention to details and pride in his own quality of work. Both bath shower trims were specified to be brushed nickel; He installed a bright chrome shower head in the master shower. Fortunately, he will no longer be approved to do any further business in these buildings. We would hate to see anyone else have to deal with what are going through.

However, they haven't shown up three times now and, when I try to call, it takes days and multiple phone calls from me before anyone will respond. I understand that things happen to alter schedules, but not calling to tell me they won't be able to clean when scheduled and then not answering my calls is so very unprofessional and irritating. I am going to have to find somebody else to clean my place, even though that likely means losing the money for the rest of the time that they had committed to.
