Lots of contractors were not being allowed into people's houses, so contrctors/vendors were very slow. We practiced Social Distancing with clients and vendors and there was never an issue. We have been working with Maria, one of their Designer/Sales Associates for over 2 years. She is always willing to go the extra mile to get quick pricing and design for our clients. Designs continue to be changed throughout any project, and they handle it with a smile and say, we can get this done. Needless to say, their staff and Zack, the owner, stretch to make every order seem easy. Zack's mantra is, "whatever it takes!" Their showroom contains every style of cabinet doors that are available, and they allow the client to take sample doors, and keep them while making their decisions. The quality of the cabinets is truly amazing compared to their cost, which is unbelievable. In a great way!! The scariest part of purchasing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities is the measuring. Not a problem with Maria and Esmerelda. They come out to the client's location, measure the space, and do the design. They will even provide ballpark pricing from our own measurements. Sometimes clients need a ballpark figure to decide if it is in their budget. Obviously, they do come out for their actual measurements. There are no barriers from this team. Another added benefit of Cabinet Crafterz is that cabinets can be delivered in 2 weeks. If there are any issues at installation, remedies are made immediately. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cabinet Crafterz. From the very beginning, when Maria came to measure our kitchen to the finished product, we are so thrilled. We also explored kitchen refacing through Home Depot and are so glad we went with Cabinet Crafterz. The craftsmanship is superb. They really go all out and give you such quality. Soft-close doors and drawers, custom pull-outs, etc. Their pricing was also competitive. Every member of the team is polite, professional and so good at what they do. There was always an open line of communication to ask questions. They were also able to complete the project weeks earlier than we thought and that was a huge plus as well.
