That's what the finished product looks like

We just had our quartz countertops made and installed by this company. 1. One piece was cut wrong-no big deal , but inconvenience 2. The seam was very visible and raised , they sent out a second crew and no fix " it looks great" When a contractor came into our house they thought the counter had not been skimmed. Wrong they already skimmed it. 3 . Third person comes out , looks at it and says" seams are always visible and you will always feel it". Unacceptable to us, but the rep skimmed about a foot and called it good. It's still rough and you can feel and see the seam. Never would we hire this company.

    offset veins-

Recently went through Lowes for new countertops and was connected with this outfit for the project; beyond incompetent. Logistical coordination through the PM was very good, but the nuts and bolts of performing actual work were a joke. I have a small simple kitchen, and the individual performing my template spent half of the time speaking with someone on the phone about how to use the software, and the other half of the time speaking with someone about problems at another job. I was presented a layout option showing the veins of my countertop & backsplash aligned, then they were installed and veins were offset by 2 inches -making the whole thing look like a colossal mistake. Not only that, but the backsplash wasn't measured (or cut) correctly and was 1/4" shy on multiple ends, and one of them was crooked.. very clear a tape measure or level never entered the equation. Sending pictures into my PM, she apologized for the poor & inaccurate work, only to follow up with a call after discussion with her management that "the job was completed appropriately" .. clearly she was muscled into changing her position. Twice I was promised a call from her manager and never received it... I'll likely be filing with BBB and quite frankly, don't even want this group back in my house to rectify their own shoddy work. Beware... an organization is only as good as the individuals running it, and how this place stays in business is beyond me.

The gap is 12 feet across. The installers had to shave on site because the shelf was sealed before the stone wall was applied

Awful. They were a nightmare from day 1. They couldn't get my profile correct until the 5th time for one area. They had to cut my wall on one side of my kitchen to fit the countertop in after it was templated. They cut the size too small for my cooktop and my stone slab backsplash was left with a big gap all the way across 12 feet under my stone shelf and they refused to not only refund the stone wall but their solution was to caulk it. Ridiculous. The fact remains this will never be as I wanted. They refuse to reimburse me for the stone wall but they did for the shelf which was the cheapest of course. I filed a complaint against them with BBB and they still refused with their own story plot which never though to mention they not only won't take any responsibility for their mistake, they completely ignore their own company warranty. They are the WORST stone company and the employees I've ever encountered in my life. Don't work with them, there are plenty of other stone companies around that are much better. Already 3 COMPLAINTS have been FILED against them just this past year with BBB!!!

Excellent service from the bottom to the top of the organization. Very impressive with a recent project.

The women working there are bored and contemptuous. We bought a slab, which we picked after looking…read moreat slabs in 3 different states and we found the perfect one here. I even would come back and look at it to admire it in the 2 months it took for the cabinets to come in. We did not get our cabinets there. We wanted to initially but they just seemed asleep at the wheel and like they didn't care whether we went with them or not and didn't help us to make decisions out of indifference. But whatever. We loved the marble slab and they would fabricate it, install it, etc., so fine. When I went to check out the slab a few days before they were to come--we went to see how they had laid out the template on the **2 slabs** we had picked and.......there was only one--and it was NOT the same slab we had picked and had been waiting all this time for. A worker confessed they had given the slabs to someone else and swapped out the slabs for a different lot. This lot, and the slots were darker and had lots of brown in it, which we did NOT want and we intentionally--as I said--had selected the slabs we wanted for the exact color of THOSE slabs. We had selected all the colors of the kitchen based on what we had selected. We picked the cabinets based on it, the backsplash, the wall color, the shelving, the flooring. The slab we wanted was shimmering luminescent sparkling white with streaks of green and blue-grey. This slab was opaque and none of the green or blue. The disdainful women sneered and said it was the exact slab/lot we had bought. I had photos of the original slab and showed them it was different. They lied to our faces and said with a shrug "Don't know what to tell you. You can pick something else but it'll be 12 weeks before we'd be able to schedule. " My Mom is 95 years old--back then she was 92--literally days before Thanksgiving, and we could not have plywood countertops for Thanksgiving and for 3 months subsequently. Plus, there was no comparable stone in their yard to what we had selected, so even if we decided to wait....they had no stone like the one we DID pick out. I started writing this review 3 years ago when this all happened and was so heartbroken I couldn't finish. Three years later....it still is awful and a massive disappointment. My Mom was going for her dream kitchen this late in life, and these ugly white and brown slabs that were NOT the slabs we picked have not improved. I wonder to this day who came along with a wad of money and convinced "Quality" Granite to give them OUR slab. Incredibly sad and kind of sickening. I am embarrassed when people pretend to like the countertops because they're not the magical sparkling counters my Mom fell in love with. Two stars because the installers did a great job and were polite and professional.

I used this company for my kitchen design. The final product was not worth the price I paid for…read moredesign, cupboards and counters. Lisa's designs did not reveal flaws that developed during installation. We experienced mis measurements that resulted in a 5 week delay. Hardware was ordered incorrectly which required me to find it myself on Amazon in order to keep the carpenter on schedule (the designer was on vacation for the second time during my install). One cabinet was delivered with the wrong measurement and instead of immediately fixing it, the designer suggested to the carpenter to just use a filler which would have created a less than appealing look. My custom designed coffee station sits lower than the rest of the counter (which was not reflected in the design) and required a separate piece of Cambria which honestly ruins the flow of the kitchen and looks awkward and cheap. Two of the cupboards had paint that easily chipped and the designer ignored this flaw not contacting candlelight for me. In conclusion, I cane to the realization that my 50k kitchen was on the bottom of the priority list because I chose to use my own contractors and didn't use the ones suggested by 3W- with double the price tag. I would never use this company again. I felt rushed to decide, unimportant to the designer, and realized my kitchen design on paper had flaws that a designer should have fixed since this was her profession. Hopefully her vacations and house flips she was doing herself were worth it.

I used Pam Greene at 3W Design a couple of years ago and she designed a mudroom that was Fantastic!…read more I'm sorry that I did not go further and use her expertise for the contractor as well. So sorry that she went on to another company to design exclusively. I have since used Lisa at 3 Design for assistance in the accessories for my master bath and my guest bedroom. Since she had to work around what was already in the rooms and she had to work with my very detailed desires she too was fantastic and very patient. I found that I needed help to expose me to new and different ideas and ways to decorate so I definitely am a fan and will use 3W Design again.
