While the prices at Home Depot and Lowes were much better, I decided that it would be worth it to have a local company in case of problems or the need for future service. What a mistake. The prices were high to begin with and then they tried to screw me by hitting me for all the extra charges that were part of the original deal. For example, they didn't know they were going to need adhesive for tile? The attitude was terrible, they were extremely difficult to work with. It took weeks to get them to put estimates together because everyone has reduced hours, supposedly because of the economy. I used them for wood flooring and tile work. I wouldn't use them if they were the last business on earth. I never bother to write reviews but i couldn't let someone else endure this if it could be avoided. Avoid these people at all cost. Lowes in Gilford is very friendly, has good prices, provides estimates promptly and shows up exactly when they say they will.
