SERIOUSLY... RECONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I had a very bad experience with this company. From the first day right on through the present, 2 years later. I am still fighting to get my cabinets done properly. I have a cabinet that was broken from day one. The installer promised to fix it and never did. The doors are warped and don't close properly. The light rail is also warped. I contacted the store only to get a run around for months and from one manager to another to another in the Port Orange, FL store. They can't seem to keep managers long enough to see a project through to the end. I tried contacting the owner, to no avail. The company sent out someone to inspect the warped doors and light rails a year plus later. He took pictures and sent them back to one of the managers showing the defects. Finally, after 2 years, the store ordered new doors and light rail but wanted me to pay the new installers to install the product. I should not have to pay for a defective product. The company is blaming the original installers for the warped product. They told me I needed to contact the original installers to install the replacement parts. The company is not standing behind the workers they hired. The company is doing everything in their power to not correct my issues unless I pay additional money. They also ordered the wrong granite countertop. I complained immediately but got nowhere. In addition, they bullnosed the granite countertop in my house without putting up protection for my house. It took me months to clean up all the granite dust. I went to the store countless times, called countless times, only to be brushed off each and every time. This list of issues just goes on and on and on. Now, we are in small claims over the issues. I had to give a least a 1 star, however, I would not give any. read more

Stay away. Hire your own contractor. Don't waste your time and money. Christina is a liar. They tell you things then don't keep promises. They hire installers without vetting them. The work is shoddy at best. I have an unfinished bathroom and they refuse to give me a refund for trim that I don't have that the contractor refuses to finish and that probably won't fit due to their negligence. Tom Marina is the owner. I have requested to speak to him but doubt that will ever happen. Please, I beg you, stay away. This was at the St. Augustine store, but I think Port Orange and Ocala are just as bad as I have seen bad reviews for all of them and Christina now works at the Port Orange store. We ordered 2 small bathroom vanities on Oct. 14, paid in full, and was promised delivery in 6-8 weeks. We were concerned because delivery on time was crucial as we were hosting a huge Christmas dinner Again, we were assured delivery in time. At 8 weeks I was told the vanities would be here the first week of January! We asked for our money back to go elsewhere locally and quickly, but they would not accommodate us. Just told us that it was out of their hands and a manufacturers problem. The vanities were delivered Jan. 4 and to add insult to injury, one of the cabinets was not the style we ordered! We had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct doors and drawer front and pay to have our installer come back out to put them on. Cabinet Factory Outlet would not reimburse us for that cost. This was by far the worst experience with any home materials business we have ever had. read more

Worst people ever to deal with. I waited almost 2 months for my cabinets when they said they were going to take 3-4 weeks. its been almost 3 months and i am still waiting for some handles because they were short. they said they would call me to schedule my backsplash in the kitchen and the dude cancelled me 3 days in row.. and just let me know that its going to take another 2 weeks because he has a "big job" down south. Just the worse experience ever. They were the best until I paid for it. good quality cabinets and granite though (cabinet install people were awesome).. just not professional people to deal with overall. We recently had our master bathroom updated with new, beautiful flooring from Floor Factory and awesome granite counter-tops from Cabinet Factory Outlet...Ocala, FL. These two businesses are in the same building...how convenient. Our bathroom has been transformed to a room that we are proud of. We can't say enough positives for the staff at Cabinet Factory Outlet and Earthrock Granite. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. Small outfit with great pricing and good customer service. They utilize a check list itemization purchase system to ensure that every single part that is ordered comes in correctly. We have done 3 kitchens with them so far. The second kitchen had some damaged doors upon arrival and the store took care of this immediately. Replacement doors arrived under 10 days. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had! First of all, they led us to believe the cabinets were made in New Jersey - kept saying they "come from NJ" - found out they were made in Taiwan! Estimated time was 2-4 weeks...that turned in to 5-8 weeks....then 6 months!Took forever to get the complete order - and even then, everything was not what we ordered initially! While, eventually we got everything done and the cabinets 'look nice', there are a few things with the design, that had we known about, we would have gone elsewhere! For a few hundred dollars more, we could have gone locally, had them custom made, and installed much quicker! The granite we ordered, that they had on display, was another story - once they FINALLY found someone who carried it, the pieces that were substandard - very yellow with cracks. Then the granite people said it wouldn't work with the sink we had purchased - CFO KNEW what our sink was and said nothing about it might not work with granite....so we ended up having to go with quartz for another $1400! The granite guys put a ding in my new dishwasher which we are STILL trying to get resolved! And the installers put the dishwasher hardware on wrong so the plumber could not fully install that...we are still waiting to get this done 2 months later! Do yourself a favor and make sure you know who you are dealing with! read more

I went to the cabinet factory outlet on March 13th, 2018 and ordered all the cabinets for my new home. It took 8 months almost to the day to get my completed kitchen. Months of emails and phone calls asking where the balance of my cabinets were located with no answer from them. The manufacturer - Pro-craft did not return calls or emails so the cabinet factory outlet accepted that and pursued no further. I was after them daily because I couldn't move into my new home until everything was completed and I had a certificate of occupancy. They told me that their emails and phone calls weren't being returned and I told them that that was not acceptable, that I was their customerand they had my money. The didn't even want to give me the contact information for Pro-craft. Lots of excuses were made and very little followup. They made what should have been a very happy time about as stressful as it could be. read more

The quality of my cabinets for the price is outstanding. You cannot beat their prices! My complaint is how long my very small kitchen has taken to complete. I am extremely fortunate my kitchen remodel was in my rental. The first problem I encountered was that I had already paid for the demo and the sub contractor told me that I needed to pay them directly. Git that issue ironed out. My cabinets arrived later than I was quoted, only to discover that all of my uppers were the wrong size due to one of their associates measuring wrong. My granite order was delayed as they couldn't tell what was written on the original paperwork. It took me calling to check on it to put the ball in motion again. This was something they should have called ME on as they knew we had measured for a template. When I called they thought I must have bought my granite somewhere else? One phone call to me would have clarified the issue and expedited the project...then I get a call about the sink and faucet, which were both purchased in my package. The granite installers were able to pick up the sink but they were not given the strainer baskets or the faucet. When I called this morning I was told that they usually send those items out with the installers if they are in. I reminded them that they should have been in as I paid for my kitchen the beginning of JULY and it had almost been 3 months. I was informed those items were "Customer pickup". Once again, nobody called me to tell me that!!! Let me stress to everyone, this project is going on 3 months!!! Most people cannot live without their kitchen that long. I am also talking a very small kitchen, close to 10x12 in size. I am beyond frustrated at this point as it doesn't seem like the right hand is talking to the left hand there and there is absolutely zero follow up! On a positive note, I dealt with a delightful man in the flooring side who helped me with my backsplash order. Great customer service there! And the installers they sub contract were wonderful and very professional. They have had a major turnover rate with their sales associates. Maybe that is the issue? read more

We arrived at Cabinet Factory Outlet 9598 S.W. 114th St. Ocala, FL 34481 on January 23, 2017 wanting a quote for cabinets to replace our three bathroom cabinets. As we were talking to Nicole, she mentioned in passing that we would have to assemble the cabinets. We continued to talk and get the specifications adjusted to our needs. At the end, Nicole showed us a computer rendering of the cabinets, and after we asked for the price she gave us the amount verbally of $582.60. We left with the understanding that we would be checking other sources. When I returned the next day to approve the demensions, things had changed. I asked if there was a list of materials in the box so I would know that all the parts were there. Answer: "NO." Were there detailed instructions like we get from Ikea? Answer: " No. You have to go to YouTube to watch someone assemble them." And was the price going to be lower? " Oh, no. Your order is $990!" The price had nearly doubled in 24 hours!! If you deal with these people, get everything in writing, and know that this is ASSEMBLY FROM A FLAT BOX WITHOUT DIRECTIONS. Lowes got our order for $600 assembled. read more
