Subsequently, they sent out the installer person to look, who said that Pam had a frequent problem with this exact issue. Pam then assured me in a couple phone calls that the blinds would be repaired/replaced. She then refused to answer 10+ phone calls over six months. Now, my credit card company is needing to reverse their charges as inappropriate merchant activity. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. THEIR WORD and GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS.

They came one day, took measurements, and Jose told me he'd send me the estimate in three or four days. Almost a month later, I'm still waiting. I called them three times, and each time they told me they'd send it to me when they got to the office or that they'd send it to me tonight. I've checked my spam folder in case my quote was there, but it wasn't there either. It's something you shouldn't do. It would have been so easy for them to tell me they couldn't do it or that they weren't interested in the job, and not look like an irresponsible person. Thank God, I was able to find another company that could help me. FOR THAT REASON, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT COMPANY.
