My husband and I had a loose idea of what we wanted, but we're not designers. So, we appreciated Ramon's background in custom design. Also, we NEVER had an issue getting in touch with them if we had a question. Once demo started, Ramon and Jessica were very involved. Ramon was at the house almost every day and he made sure to check in with us throughout the process to make sure we were all on the same page. We even made a few changes right in the middle of the process, but Ramon and Jessica were always happy to work with us. They also made it very clear what modifications they could make and stay within our strict budget. Of course, we ran into a few bumps, but we are extremely happy with the way Ramon worked through any concerns or issues we had. That's huge! When we're ready for our bathroom to get a facelift, we'll be calling them. Super patient with me on answering all my questions and helping me find the best measurement and solution that will fit my daily home needs. Jason came out two times because we ended up getting measurement for our kitchen and restroom cabinets as well since wanted the same set for both restrooms and cabinets for color and feels. The process was so seamless and their quotes were by far the best in town. After all the measurement is done and we finalize our designs, we went in store to pick out our stone and handles. I think that was the only hard part of the whole process because they had so many choices for handles and stones to choose from. After all that is done, their installation team came out on the scheduled date and time we scheduled and got the whole thing done in less than 2 days. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.
