This place is shabby and run down, no doubt, but that wouldn't bother me if the service was good- it's not. The sales people are high pressure but not knowledgeable, the products are misplaced and dirty/old and the cashiers are slow as they "double check" everything for no reason. The worst thing about this place though, is the owner- he's so dishonest and ineffectual I'm surprised he's able to stay in business. The prices are inconsistent and usually higher than what you can find on Amazon. It's just an overall waste of a trip, and you leave feeling a little slimy. Do not recommend. read more

Love this place. I used to go to action sales and now I'm hooked on this place. They have amazing staff from David, Carmina, Mary, and the rest of the crew. I walked in not knowing what to expect and they just blew me away. They even do construction which was awesome. They told me 3 weeks construction time for my new place but finished in 2 and a half weeks. I was pleasantly surprised. Bought a lazy Susan 30 inch glass with base, which is 16 inches on 4/27/2017. When I brought it home and put it on my table, the noise it produced while turning was overbearing, so my wife and I decided to exchange it. So the next day, I went back to the store When I went to to the store, the employee, Brian helped me and we try to find a replacement for it, but we could find any, so I asked him if I could return it. He said it was ok. Then another person, named Josh came to me, since it was Josh who sold me the product the previous day, explained to me that all the base makes noise and I should just take it. When I told him that it was just too loud to bear and i am requesting a refund, he ridiculed me that "if we told the manufacturer the reason for returning is it makes too much noise, it's just ridiculous!" At the end, I walked out with no refund and full of disappointment in this store. Just want to post this so other people are aware of whom they are dealing with! Buyers be Aware! read more
