Wide range of tiles to choose from! People at the front desk are helpful. Love that they have some tiles on sale up at the front. My contractor purchased tiles here for my bathroom reno. Only negative, there is a male worker there (don't think he was Asian, maybe Hispanic, had dark facial hair, wearing a cap) that was following me and asking me if I needed help multiple times. (This was on 2 separate visits). But then it got creepy and inappropriate on my last visit when he asked for my phone number and put his hand on my arm. Clearly flirting, saying things like "pretty girl." Although his English was not perfect I understood his intentions and body language. I was so creeped out, I left immediately and never returned again. Ladies beware. read more

This place has a great selection of tile and affordable prices. The staff was very patient and helpful too without being overbearing or pushy. Tile Selection: WF tile has hundreds of tiles to choose from. On the low end you are looking at about $2 a sq. ft. and about $20 a sq. ft. on the high end. For about $5 a sq. ft. you can get something pretty nice. Price: I went to several tile places in the San Gabriel valley and WF Tile had the best prices. The one suggestion I have is that if you are looking for very generic tile like white subway or standard carrara marble then you'll find slightly cheaper prices online. Service: A worked with a couple different people there since I came in a few times. Each salesperson was quite helpful and answered all my questions. Nobody offered to assist us so we walked around on our own to get some ideas. Erick was able to guide us when we were ready to throw in the towel. Mr. Yen was extremely helpful during our process to select the right tile! Even when the supplier provided the wrong tiles that we ordered, he made things right and really put the customer first! W&F Tile isn't really in the best of locations since the closure of Baldwin Ave makes this place very difficult to get to. However, once you get to the place, the place actually contains a lot of selection even though it looks small on the outside! Most of the tiles though are special order. However, they can get it ordered and available usually within 2-3 business days. read more

We're currently redoing our bathroom. We had previously selected tile at another near by shop but didn't have time time to get it during the week. Sunday was the only day I could be able to pick it up but most tile places are closed on Sunday's. So I went on Yelp and luckily this location was open on Sunday. Good selection of tiles, poor pricing standards. Found a tile we were interested in and was quoted $4.99/sqft on the spot. Another lady next to us also interested in same tile and requested pricing, the sales person didn't give her a number but instead said "same price." The lady then asked $3.99? And the sales person said "yeah" very lightly right in front of us. Obviously he was trying to hide the fact that he was giving them a lower quote than us. I understand there is pricing difference depending on how much tile we are buying so we didn't confront him. We went ahead and checked the tile out to see if it matched our bathroom. Two weeks late we came back to return the tile with intent to buy, asked for another quote. This time the same sales decided to check the computer and told us $7.99? Told him he quoted us $4.99 two weeks ago he just said it clearly says $7.99 in the computer, but he can give us 10% discount. No thanks! We ended up finding the exact same tile in the oc and bought it there. Please have them check pricing and have them write them down in case they changed their mind. read more
