He was upfront and realist while being able to take us out of our comfort zones to show us what might be possible. 2) Kris, the project manager, was the person who made everything run smoothly. It didn't matter when I called, if she didn't know the answer, she'd find out! 3) Peter, the site manager, runs a tight ship. His crew was always professional, polite, and most important, CLEAN. Each day began and ended with the day's work completed and the worksite left tidy. 4) All the crew and subcontractors were amazing! It was obvious that Verity makes an effort to choose only the best. These guys were hardworking and always showed up with a smile. I'll always appreciate how much effort they put into doing a great job. From day 1, Thomas was extremely professional and just a cool guy to talk to. We chatted on the phone about my needs and then we scheduled a quick consult to get things going. Our meeting was quick and straightforward, and I walked away feeling confident that the job was going to be gorgeous. Come the day of install, the installer Luis showed up on time and was also extremely professional, polite, and just great to work with. I walked him over to the kitchen to show him where I wanted everything to go and then got out of his way to let him do his thing. It took a couple of hours and the end results were just breathtaking.
