I was initially very excited to work with Cabinets To Go, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. If I could leave zero stars I would. We totally regret ever walking into the Cabinets To Go store and dealing with their Sales person L.... She missed items on order and told us that something things could be taken off when in fact after the installer came he had to tell her to order what she said we could take off. She does not understand the product she is selling. When doing the plans she did not center the sink cabinet under the window. This is something we did not see at first, but this is her job. They then sent us the most incompetent installers that did not know what they were doing and damaged a wall and our new hardwood flooring. Cabinets had to moved several times because of their incompetence. Neither L... or Cabinets To Go is taking any responsibility for the disappointment, frustration and anger that we have had to experience. Stay away from this store. i purchased my kitchen for cabinets to go less than 2 years ago. already the side trim is detaching. the life time warranty means nothing. now i'm told the warranty is only for hardware & paint peeling but not the trim falling off. my ikea kitchen is still going strong and its a lot older. shame on you cabinets to go. your mdse didn't last 2years! now you say you can charge me to send someone out to repair your cabinets that did not last 2 years! read more

UPDATE 2 days later: Received a call from Customer Care. The lady was very argumentative. On the phone call she said about all 4 topics and issues I had that "we do not have any control over that." Again, blaming others and taking zero responsibility. I will never be using CTG again or recommending them to anyone. Original Post: DO NOT use this store. Product is fine but the customer service at this store is horrible. Clearly a "get the commission and forget about the customer" type of service. 1) my order was 4 months late. I understand supply chain issues in a post COVID world but I would get an update one day before delivery was supposed to happen. 2) install took 2 full additional days than what was discussed. Installers would arrive at 11:30 and leave at 3:30. No wonder... 3) the store ordered the incorrect layout and the installers had to move cabinets around to make it work. No discussion or compensation for the mistake. Just a finger point and blame game on the shipments. 4) the store only quoted me 50% of the countertop material, then called and asked for an additional $3,000. 100% undersold me to get the sale then called and asked for more money. Stone Systems of Atlanta finally stepped up after over months of trying to get a resolution and replaced all of my countertops with NO additional cost to me. They were very helpful after I wrote a bad review. Cabinets To Go did absolutely NOTHING to help get this resolution even though they were the contractor that subcontracted out the countertops. IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU WANT... This store is located just a few miles south of Barrett Parkway. We stopped in today to see their cabinets but they did not have an actual showroom and there was only one employee present. This made me nervous because for me presentation is everything. I like a well stocked showroom and a full staff so that I have options. After visiting several showrooms and cabinet businesses, we realize that they are all carrying the same cabinets. You can get that plain modern option in white and gray that comes frameless or you can get a more substantial option that is framed and comes in richer tones. Cabinets To Go had a VERY limited inventory so there were just no options for us. Although the salesperson tried to entice us with low pricing, my emphasis was on getting what I wanted and not settling for something cheap. He was nice enough and answered all of my husband's questions regarding construction and durability. It is simple, if they have what you want, you'll probably be fine, just ask a lot of questions and make sure that you have a specific point of contact for follow up. Good luck! Edit: I swear, that manager Brian is on the job. He is not letting one review slip through his fingers. Good job Brian! What I didn't make clear in my review is that this business carries a quality product much like its competitors, (not including Home Depot or Lowe's). Melvin H. at Cabinets To Go in Marietta did an excellent job of designing our kitchen project. He helped to maximize a smaller space, and we could not be more pleased. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and accommodating. This was not our first kitchen renovation, and we had a bad experience the last time. That time we started at Cabinets To Go, but ended up purchasing from another vendor because they promised an earlier delivery. The other vendor did not deliver on time and that ended up being a nightmare, So this time we went with Cabinets To Go. They are realistic about the timelines, and they followed up and gave updates as the delivery date got closer. Cabinets were delivered on-time, and the cabinets were received exactly as ordered. Cabinet quality is extremely good considering the price, being real wood with slow close doors and drawers. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Go see Melvin. Kim Valentine greeted us the moment we walked in and helped us with all of our questions. He put together a 3d design since we came with our measurements and the room layout. He gave us an estimate with all the cabinets and details we wanted. We haven't decided on the cabibets yet, but the customer service was great. They might have about 10-15 different designs, but the finished product in their showroom had good quality. We're looking around some more to make sure we get the best value, but so far this is it. I would recommend just dropping by to get an estimate if you're looking to remodel. read more

The installer did a poor job installing our cabinets. We pointed out the problems to the Cabinet's To Go manager at the location in Marietta on Cobb Parkway also known at Hwy 41. At first he was upset that the installer did not follow his drawing and install the divider between the pantry and the wall. I told him the back and forth conversation I had with the installer asking him not to remove the divider that he had already installed between the wall and the pantry. I told the installer that the store manager said that the divider was needed or the pantry doors would not open enough to have pull out drawers. The installer argued with me that pull out drawers would be able to pull out if installed later. The installer ignored my PLEA to at least leave half of the divider between the pantry and the wall. The installer proceeded to remove the divider saying my refrigerator was crooked and the opening for the refrigerator needed to be larger. I told him the refrigerator just needed to be leveled, and the installer argued that you can't level a refrigerator that you have to level the floor. I gave up arguing with him as the installer was determined to do it his way. The installer talked down to his assistant all throughout the install which was so unprofessional. I felt sorry for his assistant by the end of the install. I became uncomfortable with the situation realizing the the installer was making excuses that he thought I could not see through. I told him that the refrigerator could be leveled and that I did not want the opening for the refrigerator to be made wider. Being a woman alone, I was being treated like I was so dumb and he was the all knowing and powerful installer who got to do whatever he wanted .... He disregarded the install drawing to make the job easier for himself. He did not care about what was best for the kitchen. After he left I was able to see what he had done wrong that caused him to take a short cut and change the layout of the cabinets. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had cut the kick plates too long and there was not the needed 35 or 36 inches (I don't remember what that measurement was) between the kick plates at the base of the refrigerator opening. So when he tried to push the refrigerator back in place he said more room was needed for the refrigerator between the cabinets when it was the kick plates that were cut wrong. I argued that the refrigerator was narrower than the opening and should fit. He measured the back of the refrigerator and agreed that it was narrower than the opening. So, He argued that the refrigerator was sitting crooked and could not be leveled so he had to make the refrigerator opening larger. So he installed a 1 inch spacer between the cabinet above the refrigerator and the pantry.... removing the spacer between the pantry and the wall. NOW! The pantry door when opening Scrapes the wall !!!!! Because the spacer was needed between the wall and the pantry !!!!! Like the drawing and layout showed !!! I sent emails and made phone calls, sent pictures & video of the pantry door scraping the wall making a sound when opened showing the problems with the install ...... After the first conversation with the Store manager, We were ignored and Customer Service who the Store Manager told us to email...... NEVER called or emailed us ! Very Disappointed with the Customer Service at Cabinets To Go ! No follow up on the part of Cabinet's To Go to make sure their customers are satisfied. I was afraid to not sign the paperwork the installer told me that he needed me to sign after he said he was finished. I was ready for him to leave as I had been beaten down by his disregard for my request to follow the layout and not make changes. And, hearing him beat down his assistant all day with snide remarks to him, made me want him out of my house. I thought for sure Cabinets To Go would correct his reckless disregard for their drawing if any of the cabinets did not function properly. But, NO They do not care that the pantry door makes a sound scarping the wall when it is opened and closed..... Use Home Depot or another company... A company that will correct the errors of their installers !!!!! OH! I also had to cut the length of the kick plate between the stove opening because he installed the kick plate into the opening for the stove, too! If the cabinet bases are 30 inches apart for the stove opening and the kick plate is installed leaving only a 29.3 inches opening, the stove won't go into the opening! The details matter! read more

Last summer, my husband and I ordered new cabinets and flooring through Cabjnets to go. For the most part, the service was smooth, although one cabinet was ordered in the wrong size, which delayed our kitchen remodel. This year, we decided to redo the remaining floors downstairs. We have had nothing but issues trying to get flooring. We have been told flooring is in stock, charged for the flooring and then never received it. All times they didn't know why. Eventually they said it had been discontinued and was unavailable so we asked for a refund. We talked to a manager at the warehouse and they were supposed to "get back to us" regarding our flooring. Needless to say they never did. The rep at the Marietta store called to tell us they had a discontinued flooring that matched our current flooring, it would just need the underlayment. So we ordered this flooring and purchased underpayment. The flooring was due in on Wednesday. Friday my husband called and was told "it wasn't on the truck." We were also told it may have been back ordered but they weren't sure if the flooring was even available. How can a discontinued product be backordered???? How can a company run a business without knowing their inventory? How can a system allow you to order AND PAY for something that is not available? We still don't have our flooring. Meanwhile, we just moved the furniture out of the rooms in preparation for it to be installed and now have no flooring, no idea if or when it will ever be in and still haven't received even an apology or offered a refund. This process has been going on for two months. During this time, we haven't been able to find anyone who seems to care about customer service. They just want to sell you something, even if it is not in stock. No one returns your phone calls or cares about the customer. Do NOT use this company. read more

I'm a contractor and been using them for a while. the local guys guys are good, but there customer care group is the worst. after years of doing business with today was the last straw. New cabinet order for a customer during installation found one the the draw glides was bad tried to order one and getting the runaround now i'm looking like a idiot to my customer. My husband and I have had a great experience with Cabinets To Go from the first moment we walked through the doors. Jeff helped us right away and answered all of our questions. I went back the next day with measurements and he redesigned my kitchen on his computer. That night we discovered that we had made some measuring errors and So once again I was at Cabinets To Go the next day. Jeff was very gracious and made all the corrections and worked out some redesigning issues that our mistakes created and worked until he could give us everything we wanted in our new cabinets. Needless to say I have been back several more times with little changes and or questions and I could not ask for better and more friendly service. On one occasion Jeff was already off for the day and Brian helped us just and quickly, helpful and friendly. Our cabinets came within days of ordering them as well! Not sure were else to put this as I have tried to settle with the store manager multiple times. I placed an order for a full kitchen cabinets, everything showed instock when ordering. The next week came to get them with many pieces apparently on backorder with no explanation. This continued for another week another cabinet was still not delivered. I tried to return the cabinets and was told it would be a 15% restocking fee even though the cabinets were still in the box never opened. Manager called and offered me 10% off for thw trouble and promised that the cabinet would be in the next week. Cabinet was delivered but I never received the credit for my troubles. I called the store multiple times to find out the manager no longer worked there. So I tried to speak to the new manager Steven and left multiple messages with no callback. Absolutely the worst way to treat a customer! Will never purchase or recommend after the way I have been treated! read more

First, Brian who came to measure did an excellent job. He told me what he would recommend and I agreed. The problem started when the people at the store began the design. Max, the brand new guy seemed nice enough but he clearly did not understand the process He gave me a quote without a drawing or picture and asked me to if the quote was right. I had no idea since there was nothing to compare it to. Then Steve, the store manager got involved. He provided a drawing and a quote, but both of them were a little different from what Brian and I talked about. Have not seen another drawing. While I have complete confidence that Brian can do the job and do it right, I am EXTREMELY AFRAID to purchase anything from this company because I find the store help to be HIGHLY INCOMPETENT and neither person I have worked with demonstrates the ability to pay attention to detail. The good thing is that I am only out $99 for something that wasn't completed as promised. I certainly would stay away from this place. Long story short....SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!Decided to go to Marietta store on a weekday and look at the cabinets they offer. Store was empty with 3 store people sitting at desks. Ernesto said hello and asked if he could help if we have any questions, never got up from desk. Asked about what we are needing, kitchen or bath. Told us where to look and offering. We picked out what we liked, with the help of young lady who was "designer" employee. Ernesto gave us ball park price. Next day I emailed Ernesto measurement of area and asked for design drawing, 2 days went by now reply, called store, no answer but goes to customer service in TN., hung up called 30 min later, same thing. So I decided to drive to store 30 min one way, store was empty...looked in warehouse and young man was working on forklift. He came up to help...said Ernesto had to leave I asked about email, he saw it and looked as if not ever opened up. He prepared drawing and quote, we left. Ordered cabinets and gave deposit said they order cabinets on Saturday and they arrive on or before Friday following week. Never received call or email about cabinets being late, nor email. Wife called Customer Service and was told this store has lots of problems. read more

This place is simply Great! I ordered 38 cabinets and saved thousands as compared to the quotes I received from the Big Box stores. My cabinets arrived on time. Each cabinet had to be assembled, however this was done by my installer to perfection. All parts arrived on time except my shoe mold in which I forgot to order to match cabinets. Completely love my experience with this store! I've worked with them on more than one occasion and I always get great assistance. I've made multiple revisions and it hasn't been an issue. I liked being able to see my kitchen on their software as we make choices. My kitchen is gorgeous and I am very happy with the result, the service was great and they were available whenever I needed them. Not sure if I could have made it any easier for them... yet, after 3 weeks still no proposal. I called after Week 1 and they said they were working on it... Scam Alert! I had to buy the cabinets for my small kitchen and standard 2-1/2 baths before receiving the quote for installation from a Cabinets to Go contractor. It was cheaper to paint the exterior of the house (2-story + basement and deck), including paint and siding repair than it was to install the cabinets. I got a total "wild goose chase" when I tried to resolve the issue. I backed out of the deal but could not get a refund of the restocking fee. I received nothing but high stress and frustration (no cabinets) for the $2,100 that I was charged. Note: based upon how much time it took to install cabinets that I bought elsewhere, the Cabinets to Go contractor was charging me about $170 per hour to install cabinets. This is not a place that you would want to do business with! Updated comment 10/21: It took 10 days after I ordered the cabinets to get the high installation quote. CTG was not upfront with me on the costs. Additionally, the cabinets required 2-installers for 2-days to complete the installation vs. exterior painting required 5-guys plus paint plus siding materials for several days to complete the task. Something tells me the cabinet installation should not be more expensive than the exterior painting. read more

This was a very displeasing experience that continues on with me and my elderly mother. We were told by Brian Meek that our countertops would be in simultaneously with our cabinets. However, Brian did not put the work order through to his countertop contractor, and then he left to go on vacation. Without his authorization, the work order couldn't go through for simple measurements. I'm a business owner, so I anticipate that I will check in daily while on vacation to handle any issues that cannot wait for my return. My mother has not had any options because Cabinets To Go had collected the money for the countertops prior to Brian leaving on vacation. My mom has been without a kitchen countertop for almost a month and was told today that Cabinets To Go has a computer glitch that would set the project back an additional 14-16 business days. Two months altogether waiting for cabinets to go to send a simple work order through. Anywhere else, it's ten days. Save your money and time for another place. read more

I've used the Marietta store and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. It was somewhat challenging for delivery prior to the distribution center being added in Tennessee. Since that time the deliveries I've received has been great! I plan to continue to use them on our various projects. read more

That check was immediately cashed, and now I can't get anyone at Cabinets to Go to return my calls to find out what is going on and why the delay. I'm feeling ripped off, both of money and time. My son, Tim, and I went in and talked to Kurt about getting some cabinets. He worked with us to design and order everything we needed. Had to wait a little longer for the cabinets than first anticipated but very happy with the quality. Our son put them together and installed them without any major issues. We did have a piece or two of trim get replaced without any problems. We are very satisfied with the results and feel that all of the staff worked hard to accommodate our needs. I have been a commercial and residential general contractor for more than thirty years. In all of my years in the construction business I have never done business with a company that just doesn't answer their phones or return calls. Even though I had no previous experience I recently recommended that my client give them a shot. She purchased bathroom cabinets for a large upscale bathroom. My first mistake. The cabinets were not delivered on the date promised. Ernesto, the salesman did not call the owner or myself to let us know that the cabinets would not be arriving at the designated time. I waited at the residence on the promised morning of the delivery. No notification. The cabinets finally did arrive at a later date and were installed. After installation the owner decided to make some changes. Both the owner and I called for several days to order some additional materials but could not speak to anyone. i called called corporate customer service twice and wa promised a follow up call but never received one. The quality of the cabinets seems to be good, however, the Cabinets to go customer service is none existent. read more
