We took a large white shuttle to a separate parking area where we were dropped off for a sedan that was clean but not super new. I felt safe and comfortable getting to my destination. Both pesos and USD was accepted. When I asked for additional quotes, Isaac was polite and provided them. He even followed up each day that I had requested the quotes for despite not completing those trips. Overall, recommend them for his communication/customer service!

I understand that mistakes happen, but when a transportation company misses a confirmed pickup, especially an early-morning one where timing matters, I would expect them to cover the reasonable additional cost caused by the error. I was initially wary that you paid the full amount up front (and in cash for a discount, so it wasn't as easily traceable), but my husband who managed it all said their responses were quick and they sent email confirmations on the arrival and departure dates. They were 10 minutes early in both cases which I really appreciated. Also tipping separately for each direction is a must! They picked us up from the airport (holding a sign with our names on it) and dropped us off directly inside hotel Ziva (I heard the hotels may be strict on who may enter their gated lobby), so that was a plus!
