do not use this company chris and lesley are thiefs!. i am the mom of the situation that watched this all happen step by step. they ripped my son off for a total of 5600. as you can see by the less than subpar work with dripping fiberglass and the wrong seal they were paid 5600 to fix. they cut off fiberglass to try and make a seal work that wasnt the right one and charged him for it. failed right when hit the water. anyone that isn't even in the marine industry can tell by photos below that there are no excuses to be had. these people need to be closed down. these will continue not only from us but from previous clients that have gotten into touch with us with the same rip off story as we have from chris and lesley carrillo boat shop. they automatically blocked all of our phone numbers, refused to provide any insurance or business license information. they steal your money and wonder why your hanging up on a 60 woman!. i will make sure my son gets his money back period. poked momma bear..

Leslie was so great while helping me with my boat. I had my boat hauled here for a survey before purchasing it then we had the propellor shaft seals and transom lights fixed on my tiara. Great service, great price would highly recommend.

Be sure to get other bids and understand all of their many up charges. I find this yard to be very over priced.

No better place in the harbor to have your boat pulled out and dry docked to work on it.

I am seeking someone to help me with a canvas project on my 1996 Tartan T3500. Any recommendations? I have called three local companies and have been blown off or got no response.

I know a good canvas person Harbor custom canvas is the best but also most expensive…

And they're phasing out their most powerful boat, the 75hp, because of too much abuse and the associated high insurance costs. But they still offer the 40hp boat and that has plenty of power, with a top speed of about 20 knots. It comfortably seats 4 people in designated seats, but can fit an extra two people sitting up front sideways on bench seating. I had a great time. I saw seals sunbathing on the buoys, and I even saw dolphins near the first oil rig island by the Queen Mary ship. Of course you can also get a nice close-up view of the Queen Mary itself. You're allowed to go almost to the Seal Beach Municipal Pier, but not quite. 1hr duration is enough if you want to do a quick single lap of the designated ocean area. 2hrs is highly recommend if you want to take your time and not be rushed. Be sure to bring a light jacket, hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from the wind and sun. The designated driver is not allowed to drink. I'm not sure if the rest of the guests are allowed to drink. Park near the Yard House restaurant and then walk to the back of the restaurant and you'll see the little hut with the staff in it. If nobody is there then look over the edge to the docked boats because the staff might be down there instead.

Because we couldn't get up on a plane, the small waves ended up splashing everyone on the boat. We just puttered around the shoreline marina. It was fun, but a little disappointing at the same time.

Whenever we have family or friends visiting from out of state or overseas, it's one of our favorite activities because it's a relaxing way to see the Port of Long Beach, the Queen Mary, and, if you're lucky, the sea lions. We brought another group yesterday, and everyone enjoyed the tour. The only downside, in my opinion, is the boats used for the harbor tour. Yesterday we were on the Kristina, and in the past we've also been on the Caroline, which we chartered for my mother's ash-scattering ceremony about 14 years ago. Both vessels are showing their age. I also think the marketing could be clearer. The photos on the website and many travel sites prominently feature the newer catamarans, which gives the impression that those are the boats used for the harbor tour. I actually called ahead to ask and learned that the harbor tours use different vessels. While I appreciated getting the correct information, many first-time visitors probably wouldn't think to ask and may expect the newer boats shown in the advertising. The harbor tour itself is still worthwhile, and we'll likely continue bringing our guests because we genuinely enjoy the experience. I just hope Harbor Breeze considers updating or refurbishing the harbor tour vessels and making the marketing a little clearer so guests know exactly what to expect.

The experience includes a 2 hour rental (extra cost to hire a driver) allowing for a maximum of 10 guests on board. It's $250 for the regular boat and $350 for the pink, and a 15% service fee is imposed. The boat was clean and the ride was extremely comfortable and safe- feeling the breeze on the ocean on a hot day was amazing. They provide you with a safe route and a map to follow with beautiful views, so you don't need to stress about figuring it out. It was also extremely easy to drive despite not having any prior experience, so you really don't need to hire a driver at all. They also have an adorable restaurant that I had no idea about! I definitely need to come back with all my friends and dine in before or after the boat ride.

The pink ones are $350 for two hours, but we went with the blue one for $250. Pretty reasonably priced if you go with about 10 people, which fit comfortably. The table on our duffy was a bit wobbly and the motor was pretty slow. Full throttle was about 3 miles an hour. At least we felt safe driving it around Naples. We brought plenty of snacks and drinks. The Bluetooth connection worked fine but the speakers were a little blown. Despite the condition of the duffy, we still had a blast. The staff was very nice checking us in, getting us started and parking the duffy. I'd totally do this again!
