This is my all time favorite hair salon. I followed Oxana from her prior salon to this facility. The space is gorgeous. Oxana is super professional and helpful. She listens to her clients and offers five star treatments consistently. She is wonderful with color and color correction. She also is amazing with hair extensions and hair cuts. Extremely Poor Experience - Please Read Before Booking I found this salon through a Google search and decided to give it a try. From the moment I sat down with the stylist, Daniela, the experience went downhill. I explained that I previously had a bad salon experience that left my hair and scalp burnt, so it was very important to me that this visit went well. I even showed her two photos: one of my own hair with more highlights, and another of me with a honey-toned all‑over color--the exact look I wanted. Instead of being welcoming or reassuring, Daniela's initial comments were dismissive and made me uncomfortable as a new client. The owner was working right next to us the entire time and also came across as snobby and uninterested. When Daniela asked her for guidance about my hair, the owner barely engaged and showed no concern for whether my results would turn out correctly. As the appointment went on, it became clear that very little care was taken with my color--especially with toning and blending my roots. We were the last clients in the salon, and I could tell Daniela was rushing to finish. After 4 hours and over $400, my hair looked worse than when I walked in. The next day, I called and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. After reviewing the photos I sent, she repeatedly insisted that they "did not see any issues with the highlights." She even blamed the appearance on my hair being tied back, rather than acknowledging the obvious patchiness and unfinished color. They insisted I return to Daniela to fix it, but at that point I had completely lost trust. Please be aware: While the salon may look nice on the outside, not all stylists--or even the owner--seem committed to providing respectful, professional service. The lack of accountability, the dismissive attitude, and the poor-quality work resulted in a huge disappointment and a significant waste of money. If they can treat one customer this way, they can absolutely do it to someone else. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

This is a newly located salon right in the heart of Aria in Sandy Springs next to Mercedes-Benz corporate. I couldn't believe that I found a salon that actually stays open later, and scheduled me for a haircut the same day I called. Amazing!!! They do cut, color, hair extensions and more. Lisa is a kind and talented beautician. I did the Pro Addiction hair straightening treatment and then colored. My dry, over processed wavy hair is now straight, soft and shiny. I am quite pleased with the results and will continue to see Lisa every time. I had previously done magic sleek and it did nothing for my hair. Recently got a blowout from Daniella & it was probably the worst blowout I've ever received. I love trying new salons & this one is below my apartment complex so I was excited to try it as it seemed like a nice salon. Starting off, I called to confirm the appointment I made online & the person answered the phone and told me she was with a client and turned her blow dryer on? So all I could hear was her trying to talk over the blow dryer. First red flag. Then when I arrived at the salon, Daniella didn't even introduce herself to me or anything. She sat me down and asked what I wanted. I told her a bouncy blowout & she said okay and took me to shampoo bowl. I received the most half ass shampoo. Literally BARELY felt like she was washing hair. After a 5 second shampoo, she then conditioned and rinsed it out immediately. Didn't let it sit for even .5 of a second, so obviously the conditioner didn't even have time to do its job. She then wraps a towel around my hair but when I stand up, some of my hair is falling out of the towel and dripping down my face. When I sat back in her chair, I told her my hair needed a ton of product. She put two and then kept telling me how tangled my hair was. And I told her it was because I needed more product. She told me she put a lot. (My hair is typically never tangley so it was not my hair that was the issue.) I have hand tied extensions so I assumed that she knew how to work with them considering I made sure to ask when I called to confirm my appointment. She didn't even attempt to dry the wefts and just immediately went in to the round brush part of the blowout. If you know ANYTHING about extensions, the #1 rule is to make sure those wefts are dried. So after she was done round brushing my extensions, I told her the wefts were still wet and she said "well idk why cause the hair is dry" ......‍ she then proceeded to finally start drying my wefts and did it for about 30 seconds before she moved to the top of my head. The stylist beside her was *i think* telling her about why the wefts needed to be dried but I couldn't quite hear over the blow dryer. Why does a stylist who doesn't know this allowed to give a client with extensions a blowout?? Once she finished the blowout, it literally looked worse than what I walked in with. I had no part, she never asked where I parted my hair at. The ends were perfectly straight (not a bouncy blowout) and they almost looked dry and damaged. She never focused on smoothing the ends. She also used the round brush as a regular brush multiple times during the blowout which was painful. Very disappointing service for $65... I was also never told there would be an up charge for extensions because the blowout I booked online was $55. I had to style my hair once I got home because it just looked like someone blasted my hair dry, NOT a blowout. I woke up the next day with very greasy hair and had to rewash it do not recommend Daniella for a blowout. Also, there was no receptionist so Daniella was the one to check me out so it made me feel obligated to tip. So this terrible service ended up costing me $70+. read more

I found Salon Loft XxI almost a year ago after another salon did a terrible job on my hair. Oxana the owner has been really helpful since day one when I texted her to see if she could help me with my hair. Pic 1 you can appreciate how she got me tO the bloNde I wanted. After that day I've been getting my hair done with her every time. Christmas, birthday, my wedding. I went the next time and told her I waNted more dimension and she nailed it once again (pic 2). I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a haircut and showed pictures just to give an idea of what I wanted. I did specify that I wanted my hair a certain length Cynthia was my stylist and she cut my hair too long so before she was done blow drying I told her that it was too long. She told me that because of the haircut that it would just look better that way. so when she finished, I told her again that it was too long. She seemed annoyed and she already had another client waiting. He was a regular. I could tell and she kind of rushed through my haircut. My layers were horrible. especially in the back but I didn't realize until I was trying to style my hair on my own. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed because it was my birthday and I couldn't wait another day to get it fixed as I already had plans for the day. I called back to complain because I was so annoyed that I had to pay $100 for a haircut that I didn't like and then go somewhere else to have someone else fix the bad job that she had done. Then got a phone call from her and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault saying that the pictures I showed her were all different and that nothing could be done at this point and that she cut my hair three times which was completely false. I never told her to cut my hair three times. I told her that it was too long before she was finished and because she is the stylist I trusted her word. read more

I was a client of this salon for over 2 years and see Suzanna. I recommended to several friends, but unfortunately will not do so anymore. My mother paid almost 700 DOLLARS for ONE service. They were not able to achieve the color she wanted to begin with,  and had to go back to get it all back to her old color and was charged AGAIN  for their error, plus an extra 60 dollars for product used. Two months later, tried to schedule a touch up with same stylist and after multiple attempts, I get a text message back saying that the stylist didn't think she was a good fit and good luck. Very unprofessional and way too pricey for what they can do. Didn't even recommend someone else in the salon, and just like that, dropped a client who had been seeing her for couple of years and a new one who had just started going to them. Called the owner but she never called back. On to a better salon where the customer comes first Owner replied to my google review with incorrect information. So this is my reply: *****UPDATE: unfortunately I believe you are misinformed. I was in fact CHARGED for the second service when my color wasn't perfect. I was charged 181.00 dollars after 450 dollars the first service. Not only that, during the second service I was told i need to pay an extra 60 for product. Not counting the 90 dollars tip! So yes, after all that money, clients want their hair perfect. Like you mentioned, it went to platinum blonde. That was not the color we were after. Let me know if you would like a screenshot of the charges in my account totaling 631 dollars plus 90 tip, as well as my orange burnt hair the very next day after the coloring service. Oxana is seriously a miracle worker! I saw her first about 2 years ago and wanted a change. We decided on a super natural balayage and the final product was amazing. Not only did she color and style my hair, she also taught me how to curl my hair and actually make it hold! My hair is so thin and could never figure it out myself. I've been going back ever since and tried a few different styles - I've never been disappointed.
