I had my wedding in December and this is the vendor my venue used for linens. The owner Javier and his assistant are so nice! I actually went in 2-3 times because I was nervous and couldn't decide on which linens/colors. I posted a review prior and the owner responded calling me a liar. This is the kind of business man Javier is. I used cache for my wedding this month. The wrong charger plates were delivered and the chairs delivered were all in poor condition. I paid $7-$8 per chair and after complaining (post wedding day) I received a refund for half the amount of the chair rental. This does not take away from the fact that I used them for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the service received as well as the product that was delivered. The correct chargers were delivered later that day but you should be able to trust that a party rental company would have their crap together, and these people do NOT. Steer very clear of this place and PLEASE do not use them for your wedding like I did. read more

Wow! The reviews on this place are awful, including the ones that are not recommended. I'm glad I didn't read them before I set up my order. I called in October for a rental of a La Caja box so I could roast my whole piggie in it over the Thanksgiving weekend. The box itself was $50 and the delivery was $75 (WOAH!) because it was 2 counties north of their location....well, I was in a pinch and could not transport one from my area so what are you gonna do?! No one - NO ONE - rents these in the Palm Beach area...but this place does and is about the only place around that does. So, it is what it is. Ordering was fairly pleasant and easy. The delivery took place on the day it was expected. The box was dirty. Like they had picked it up from someone's house that had just used it and brought it to me. Like there were pieces of pig still stuck in it. Eewwwww. I spent an hour washing and cleaning it out before we would use it. The box was in bad shape. Like this one needs to be replaced. The top tray/lid and mesh grate that holds the charcoal was so bent and beat up that we had to stand on it to try to straighten it out. It did a little but would not sit properly on the box and let a lot of heat out. It took twice as long to cook our piggie because of all the lost heat. Until we finally stuffed tin foil around the edges to keep the heat in. The racks to hold the pig between were also missing the clips. We needed to make some....MacGyver-like....using wire hangers. When we were done with it, we cleaned it and it ended up in better shape than when we received it. And pick up took place a day and a half later than they told us it would be picked up. I would say it's worth buying your own if you plan to use it twice (it's paid for). Otherwise, if you are in a pinch, make sure you give yourself time to clean before and after and cook time might need to be increased because of the condition of the box. read more

Let's be honest, the reviews here are very off putting. Initially I had two other companies I was in between, but cache prices really intrigued me. So I booked an appt. With Teresa and she was so sweet and professional we connected immediately and I felt good leaving my event in her hands. After I left, I weighed the pros and cons and ultimately booked cache. The day of the delivery, everything went smooth. The guys are professionals and put up a 20x40 tent so quickly I was amazed! We had a small hiccup but I emailed cache and got a response in just a few min, I believe from the owner herself, Lizy. My situation was quickly resolved and I was very impressed how swiftly a solution was offered w a blink! With that gesture alone, they won a customer for life and my continued referrals. The bad reviews here made me hesitant but with 4 days to my wedding and a forecast for rain, I decided to take a chance and rent a clear tent from them. As far as I could see, service was prompt and responsive. The tent was delivered and setup in like 15 minutes, looked stunning and the breakdown was professional and clean as well. The tent ended up being the best part of my wedding decor! On the flip side I ordered my rentals and dance floor from Imperial. The delivery was late, the driver was incompetent and spoke no English They didn't send enough people for the job so I the bride had to help this man upload and setup my own wedding rentals. The dance floor was installed incorrectly and fell apart the day of the event, causing a pregnant guest to fall dangerously. On top of it all, the delivery driver demanded we pay him the full $1500 cost of the rentals (already paid to the company) in CASH right then and there. So after working with 2 rental companies with polarizing yelp reviews I can honestly say my wedding would have gone much better if I had rented everything with Cache. I used them for my wedding. I noticed the chairs and tables were very old and worn when they were delivered, but decided to ignore it. Then, two of the wooden folding chairs broke during the reception. We were on hard gravel and regular-sized people were sitting on them. They just snapped! My biggest frustration came at pickup. I had one condition when booking with Caché, and that was to have all items picked up by noon on a Monday. We had a strict check-out time with our venue and since Caché won't pickup on Sundays, it had to be before 12pm that morning. I told this to the woman on the phone upon booking, and she assured me they would be there around 10am. I wrote it again in an email along with the contract. On delivery day, I reminded the guy and he made a note in his folder to show up at 10am. Noon rolled over on pickup day and no one was there. On the phone, Lizzy was entirely unapologetic and told me they were on their way. At 12:30, we had to leave, apologize to the owners of the venue and hope they wouldn't charge us for the inconvenience. Initially, I was concerned about using Cache because of the Yelp reviews but a quick visit to their showroom in Hialeah quickly dispelled any concerns. After having shopped around with several vendors in Miami for my wedding (May 2017), I was turned off by the amount of vendors who were up-selling or trying to take control completely. Lizzy was the opposite. She was pretty hands-off and instead of trying to take over my wedding day completely, she let me dictate what I did and did not want and need. Some brides may want someone who takes control but Lizzy's laid back and can-do attitude was perfect for me. They will be as involved as you want them to be. Price: This is Cache's main draw. I challenge you to find products and service at Cache's level of quality for a price lower than theirs (trust me, I looked). Quality: Tables and chairs were beautiful, linens were clean, tableware was like new. Service: As I mentioned before, the Cache team will be as involved as you want them to be. I walked into the showroom for the first time, told Lizzy what I wanted, she showed me my options, and that same day, we contracted for everything. The process and payments were easy and seamless. Everything was delivered day of to the venue on time. We had a little mishap with the plates that we couldn't find them a few hours before the start of the reception and we contacted Lizzy who answered that same day before the reception to make sure everything was in order. I called to get a quote and while the price was ok they wanted to charge the full amount to my card. I explained that I thought that was unfair and that 50% should be charged when I signed the contract and the remainder on the day of the event when all is delivered. They said no and to take my business elsewhere. Well I certainly WILL! Let's just start off by saying I'm not one to write bad reviews; however, in this case I definitely want others to know the type of customer service and the unprofessionalism that this company has. I looked around and found Cache on google, they have the best prices with a reasonable price for delivery and at the time had somewhat good reviews (more good than bad ones). I emailed them to see if I can stop by the warehouse/showroom to see the types of linens they had, right away Stephanie emailed me back and let me know that I could stop by at my earliest convenience. Stephanie was very sweet and nice and showed me the different types of linens they had when I went in, she also answered all of my questions. I went ahead and left a deposit (which was half of my total amount) and she let me know that I would have to call to arrange the other half of the payment. On my order I ordered 50 folding chairs, 5 round tables and 5 burlap linens. Fast forward to a couple of days before my event... My event was Saturday 02/29/2020, I called the office on Tuesday February 25th to make the final payment. Stephanie sent me the email with the papers to fill out and I called her back to see if there was any way I can have her just charge the card on file. She went ahead and told me if I emailed her stating to charge the card for the amount I owed, she would do so. On Wednesday I then received an email from them saying that the burlap linens I had rented came back from another rental damaged and they were unavailable however, later on I received a notification from my bank letting me know they had charged the other $114.35. Stephanie advised that they had other options and would be happy to help me with something else. As soon as I received the email I called them to see what the situation was, and if they knew they didn't have what I wanted and wouldn't be able to provide it why would they go ahead and process my card. She offered to send me pictures of other options and we emailed back and forth. We finally came to a solution, which was white tablecloths and burlap over lays. I had 5 tables, and they have 4 matching burlap overlays, and one overlay that didn't match and was smaller than the others. At this point it didn't really matter what the sizes were, I just needed something to put on the tables. The delivery was set up for Friday the 28th between 12-5pm (closer to 5pm). I had someone at home waiting for the delivery, I continued checking the camera and calling the person at home and they said no delivery yet. 5pm was approaching and I figured the delivery was running late, when I went ahead and called of course no one picked up the phone. I figured maybe she had put the delivery for Saturday morning and waited until Saturday morning at 9am when they opened to call. I called at 8:55am, and Stephanie picked up the phone, I right away went ahead and let her know how dissatisfied I was and how disappointed I was in their customer service. She was very understanding and let me know that their truck had supposedly "lost it brakes on Friday and didn't make it to all of the deliveries"... immediately I let her know I wish someone would have called me at least to let me know. Then I asked her at what time they were going to deliver my order, I let her know my event started at 2:00pm and I was having someone come to the event at 11:00am to set up centerpieces on the tables. Stephanie put me on hold, got in contact with them and then told me they were doing a tent and would be there in an hour, when they didn't know up I continued calling her and she kept updating me. They finally delivered the tables and chairs at 12:47 in the afternoon, almost an hour before the party started. I know they had prior deliveries set up for Saturday, but the least they could have done was maybe try and do the ones they didn't get to on Friday first. I can't even begin to imagine what I would have done if this was my wedding day (which I was planning on using them for and all the other events that led up to it), I am so upset at the customer service this place offers and how unprofessional they are. I know none of it was Stephanie's fault, and she was literally the middle man in all of this, I appreciate her and how understanding she was, what I don't appreciate is the lack of communication, the rudeness from the delivery drivers and the headaches Cache has given me. I was planning on using them because of their prices, but I will now look for someone else, you get what you pay for. I'd rather go somewhere else and pay a little more but know I am valued as a customer, then pay what I paid and get left wondering when they're going to show up and have to ask why they continue to charge my card if they don't even have what I wanted and ordered. I am beyond disappointed in Cache, and will not recommend them to anyone from here on out. read more

Very, very old chairs and tables. Super bad condition! The bottoms of bar stools scratched my tile because they were all missing the bottoms caps. The cushions of chairs fell off. We could not use one of the cocktail tables, it was broken. I've emailed the management twice about getting a partial refund, no answer yet. They took 4 days to pick up their chairs and tables. My experience with Cache was mediocre. I called to rent a cover for my pool for a dance floor. We scheduled a date to come and I rearranged my day and they never showed up. Apparently it's bc I hadn't left the $50 deposit which was never told or implied to me that needed to be done for them to come out. Forgot who I spoke to make a complaint and she had the worse attitude. Then spoke to Leo and he was very very kind and nice. Gave me a discount for the pool cover. Everything turned out nice. However, taking off the pool Cover i have now rust stains on the bottom of the pool which is costing me $150 to take off and I spoke to Leo and he told me to do a simple things as to add acid to the chlorine which is false. I'm an event planner myself so I know how this business works. Not sure I'd call them again. read more

I rented a lot of items from them for my wedding- I ordered a dance floor to be installed over a pool, farm tables, bamboo chairs, a tent with beautiful chandeliers etc.... I experienced great customer service. Lizy was wonderful, she was so helpful in making me feel at ease which is crucial as a bride. Their prices are reasonable, I was able to pay the downpayment on the rentals and then make payments leading up to the wedding date. Lizy even surprised me the day of my wedding and upgraded my tent to a clear one, which only added to my happiness. It was very easy to work with Cache, they arrived on time the day of my wedding, nothing was missing or incorrect from my order, and they set everything up on time. I work with a lot of rental companies, and I'm not usually one to write a review, but the customer service here was so poor, I felt I needed to say something. They confirmed delivery of my items at a certain time. They delivered over THREE hours late, with no apologies. I followed up numerous times and not once did they apologize for the delay or acknowledge that they had done anything wrong. Rude email manner as well, and just an all-around negative experience. Booked our wedding and was told if I leave a "good" yelp review I would get a 15% discount. That should have been the first red flag. We had arranged for the tent, lights, and tables to be delivered the day before the event at 11am to 3pm. After missing the delivery window, I called Lizzy and said there was traffic and the wouldn't be there until 9pm. I explained to her that it was not going to work for me because we would be offsite at the rehearsal dinner. I did not feel comfortable having strangers in my relative's house while we were away. Immediately her attitude became very flippant, and said "I vouch for the guys, but if you don't trust me then whatever." The delivery didn't show up till 11PM and they were setting up the wrong stuff that was not agreed to in the original set-up. I called her the next morning, and she kept forwarding my calls to voicemail. Everything got set up (wrong lights, mismatched tables and chairs, 3 different chargers that looked heavily used, and food stained tablecloths) about 20 minutes before the first guest arrived. I threatened to issue a chargeback on my credit card via email, and then recieved a reply. She never apologized for the crappy service and disputed the lackluster service. She basically said "it is what it is" and issued a partial refund. Why anyone would willfully deal with their lazy attitude about customer service is beyond me. Initially, I had no complaints about this company. I sent a request which was answered promptly. The quote came almost immediately and the prices were reasonable. I dealt with Lizzy mostly by email and she was always pleasant (although a bit rushed), helpful and quick to respond... until I gave them money. After that, I sent 2 other emails that went unanswered. The first one was simply about the delivery window. I never got an answer, which turned out fine because I was available all day, but would have been nice to hear back. However, when they delivered, the condition of the tables and chairs was horrible. The plywood top on the tables was completely rotted and the surface was warped. The chairs were filthy. There was gum under the tables and chairs. The feet of both tables and chairs were caked with mud and dirt. So, after setting up, not only did we have to clean the chairs, but also the floor because of all the dirt they brought with them. Also, the tablecloths they sent were gigantic. They were supposed to be full drop, but they were too big so we ended up doubling them up. The second email I sent was about the condition of the chairs and tables, and not surprisingly, it was never even acknowledged. I'm just happy I was just renting for a family gathering. I run a small A/V business with my husband and we used Cache to procure a tent, tables and chairs for a big client we were doing an outdoor event for in South Beach. I will go through the reasons for the one star: - Terrible communication: we needed to get multiple permits for the tent set up in a short amount of time and we hired Cache to do this because they said they had experience with it. Our client was requesting updates from us about where in the process we were and when we asked Cache the only response we received was, "Lizy has all that information and she is not in the office today." This was three days straight of put offs and not knowing where or when they would deliver. In fact, up until the day before the tent was supposed to be set up we didn't even know if they had all the necessary permits, when they would be arriving and when the inspection would take place, all information we needed in order to coordinate our set up and to transmit to our client so they could also coordinate their set up. - We rented 300 chairs from Cache for the event. They were filthy, disgusting, with dirt, food, coffee, soda spilled all over them. In fact our client emailed us afterwards to say this, "Those chairs super need to be cleaned. Several of them were just gross. They need a good wash down." What she didn't know is that before the event started I went through and personally wiped down every single chair with cleaner. Yes, although I was paying THEM to rent the chairs I ended up washing their chairs. - South Beach regulations state that you have to have a cop present when loading and unloading tables, chairs, and for tent set up. So we had to pay a cop to be there, one of the many reasons we needed firm delivery and pick up times. Well, although Cache gave us a three hour 9-12 window for pick up time, they still arrived an hour and a half past that window, meaning we had to hire the cop for an additional three hours, costing our client more money, All because no one in Cache communicated to the delivery people that Lizy (again the ONLY person who had any information and has a complete inability to delegate to anyone else) had told us 9-12. I have read on here that Cache gives discounts if you leave a good Yelp review and that is the only reason I can understand for the good reviews. They are terrible and I would never use them again and I would never refer them. As a small business owner, I felt embarrassed at times having to tell our client that we didn't have the requested information, having to explain why the chairs were dirty, and then having to further explain why they were so late. That is a feeling that does not go away and I will feel every time I see or hear their name - embarrassment for the way they run their business. read more

Wow, what a horrible experience!! Placed an order and paid the "estimate" and later revised the order. The revised order was sent to them signed. They delivered the order and it was the first initial order. When they arrived they called me and asked if anyone was home. I said no, the side gate was left unlocked. The delivery man said no the gate is not opened, I said that's weird it was left unlocked. He left the "wrong" order on the porch. I ended up taking an extended lunch to find out the slide gate was open.... I later looked at my camera and the man didn't even check. I think he figured since no one was home he wasn't going to get a tip. We ended up having to pick up the extra chairs from the revised order (which is over half an hour away). The lady said she would refund the delivery charge of $35. Well I received my refund it was $18.95, they deducted the 10 extra chairs that we needed to pick up that were in the revised order. It blows my mind the lack of customer service provided, it's mind boggling... so they lost a future customer for $16.05 and their dishonesty. I was recently trying to get a pool cover from them. I called and spoke to someone last week who was very helpful and gave me prices and everything. They stated they would send someone out to measure my pool and I can call back Monday for the estimate. I called today and they told me an email address to send what I wanted. I did so. I did not hear back. I called again to follow up and they lady who I was transferred to was VERY RUDE and kept putting me on hold mid sentence and not letting me finish. She then proceeded to transfer me to some gentleman and while doing so she was very rude and cut me off mid sentence to do so. Then the guy told me they need 15 days notice. I explained to him i was not told that and he basically didn't care and didn't want to help me what so ever. I have planned a lot of fundraisers and parties and I have never felt the way i did when speaking with the employees for this company. I just called this place to get a quote and was greeted by Lizzy on the telephone. By the way, they use both names MIAMI PARTY RENTAL and CACHE PARTY RENTAL. My inquiry was for a Caja China rental on the weekend. She first told me that one was available for $50.00 plus a delivery charge of $35.00. However, she was pretty PUSHY and INSISTING that the order needed to placed immediately. I told her that I needed to check on delivery times with my group and I would have to call her back to place the order. She AGAIN INSISTED that the order needed to placed right away in order to guarantee a delivery. I said I understood that, but I wanted to double check what time we would need it. I then asked her if they could deliver it early on a Saturday morning.. and all of a sudden she became very RUDE, PESKY, UNPROFESSIONAL and told me, listen you have to place the order so I can determine if we can deliver it. I then said, is my spanish not easy to understand? I'm just asking if you can deliver it on a Saturday? She then replied SORRY I don;t have one available for Rent!! Clearly this woman is in the wrong profession. She needs Training on how to treat prospective customers. She just lost a SALE and I called her back and told her I was writing this Review. IF they can't treat customers correctly on the phone, I can only imagine what a REGRETFUL Experience you will have if you actually do business with them!
