I have not made tacos professionally in a while so finding this place has kinda motivated me to revisit my taco cart needs in the near future. So to break it down, their shop is mostly just restaurant equipment which can be purchased at any other place for restaurant store. The difference is the displays for the customization for your taco cart. They had so many styles and sizes for most budgets. They are on the pricey side but most taco carts are since they yield a high return. My experience was most favorable as we were quickly greeted and asked about our needs. While we explored the various high quality carts a young man offered my wife a basket (so cool). We eventually spoke to the owner and was very happy to offer more information when I told him I would be posting to yelp. He was great before he knew and continued to be genuine afterwards. Very impressed with the information provided and how clean/organized the store shelves where. Highly recommend for your taco cart needs. For home or business.

From the first phone call, they were incredibly helpful, confirming the part was in stock (and at a great price) at their LA location. They told me to come in and see Phil and Brett. I was stuck on a particularly difficult part of the head disassembly that I just couldn't budge. They told me to bring the head in, and Brett--who is clearly an absolute expert at rebuilding these guns--made short work of it. He didn't just fix it; he took the time to show me exactly how it needed to be reassembled. I walked out with my trigger valve, the correct O-rings, specialty oil, and a box of 3-inch nails. I think the aisles are lined with anti-fatigue floor matting. I would have loved to get safety glasses but it wasn't the kind I could wear over mine. The industrial gas cylinders are outside. There are gold shields to replace the ones in your welding helmet with. They also stock graphite to mark steel with. This is where all the shop guys get their headgear You can order sorbent products and spill control from the catalog.

And so I call airgas HQ in Culver City and the lady was nice she told me that the hood has been discounted so the only thing they can do is give me a refund but as I work 10 hour shift it was hard for me to go to the store but today my daughter had a doctor's appointment so I took 2 hours off of work and I squeezed in time to go to airgas to get a refund but the guy said he'll just exchange the auto-darkening lense so he did and when I got out the clinic I checked the hood and it was the same one I had I know this because I places a little piece of electrical tape on the side.
