So glad we were able to come before it got too busy. Sandwiches all sounded amazing and was really tough to pick which one to try. We ordered the Lola and smalls with bacon. The Lola was fantastic, great flavors, aioli was nice with a tiny kick. The spam was cooked perfect. The smalls was great with the bacon and the sriracha ketchup on it. We got there about 9:10 and only had about a 15ish min wait so not bad at all. We got there a little before they closed, and there was definitely a line, and few people were waiting for their food. We did get lucky because they weren't quite sold out! I had the Porter (goetta) and my husband had the Lolo (longanisa, the filipino sweet sausage). We also shared an extra side of the pickled slaw. The bread was perfect. We arrived at the trailer on a blistering hot summer Sunday morning around 10:00 am. They are only open on Saturday & Sunday starting at 9 am and will close when they run out (they still had everything at 11 am). For $10, I got the most incredible sandwich, "The Benny".
