Smitten, surprisingly was open and very inviting to the eye. Let me tell you, this little place is a gem. There are so many cute items that make you say awww or that's cool. They have dresses and outfits for adults, a little bit of clothing for kids, some accessories, jewelry, toys, stuffed animals, books, trinkets, seasonal and house decor, bath and body, and a sale section priced at $25. As soon as I would lean over to look at something, she would come over as if she was "fixing" the inventory and literally watch me, my hands, like I was going to take something without paying. Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought a white sweater here and got home and unpacked it…read morefrom the tissue paper and it had bled all over the sweater. I went to return/exchange it and they claimed there was no way. That their magic tissue paper doesn't bleed. And it was the wrong color. She pulls out their tissue paper and puts it next to the stain and it's literally the exact same color. Apparently her manager said there is no way that happened. I was pulling up my receipt and it was clear they were in no way willing to help me resolve my issue. My $70 sweater with their tags still attached is ruined - clearly didn't have the stains when I bought it and after being wrapped in their tissue paper for a few days, it did. I said, it doesn't appear that you're going to do anything as she was hiding in the room talking to her manager on the phone about it. And so I was sent away with a brand new sweater ruined by their "non bleeding" magic tissue paper. Every store in laguna carries the same products so I will for sure be giving my business to another one.
