I went in after 12 to get my first tattoo just a walk in, and the man at the front was super sweet. he told me that the drawing i had done had too many lines so we spent time redrawing it and making it to my liking. we figured it out and he brought me back and put on the stencil. later he started the tattoo and after explained everything to me about what to watch for or things that could happen and what to do. he was very very nice and made sure i was okay before we started the tattoo as well. i would definitely recommend going here, it's a nice shop and very laid back read more

I got my second tattoo here and Miguel is my artist he was very good saw my vision and took something else and made it unique made it fit perfect. She was amazing and honest with what she thought would work best and what wouldn't work for the design I was looking to do. Tattoo gallery on Ramon Road is the best place to get a tattoo esp if it's one of ur first like me Originally I went to Anarchy and it was my first tattoo ever but the guy used my skin as if it was rubber and killed me plus overcharged me Someone had told me about a guy she goes to and I tried reaching him but had no luck Since his card did not have the shops name, I searched online for it and came in without an appointment Miguel helped me out and did a few more tattoos and I could barely feel it being done as he was extremely gentle I told him how unhappy I was with the other tattoos and needed to go back to Anarchy for Anthony to fix the awful job he did and how rude he was so Miguel told me to just forget them and he would fix them for me at no charge and not to ever go back esp after the rudeness I received He made them look amazing and the other ones he did didn't need any touch ups so I decided to go back and get another tattoo with my husband as he liked Miguel's work and said how much nicer the shop was as well as the prices I went from having no tattoos to having several Now, on nov 8 I contacted Miguel about one last tattoo I really wanted and had an appoint at another great shop but in Los Angeles and told him I had already gotten a quote I sent him a picture of what I wanted and asked him to tell me how much it would cost bc I really wanted to get done by the tattoo artist that did all my others except one He called me and gave me a price and I told him the price I had been quoted in LA and he said no problem I will match the price so I agreed and made an appoint for sat nov 9 The Tattoo Gallery is the greatest place to come for all kinds of tattoos, touch ups etc The staff is extremely professional kind and friendly Even my husband loves that shop and is now considering getting a tattoo himself Miguel is the best and I have had 3 tattoo artists work on me including Miguel I highly highly recommend The Tattoo Gallery on Ramon Road for all your needs!!!!! read more

My husband and I decided after an amazing weekend in Palm Springs that getting matching tattoos would be the best way to end our weekend. As you should know my husband is in the Military and its very rare he gets time off to spend with his family. However we had the worst experience here at The Tattoo Gallery. We called in advance with our spontaneous tattoo ideas (aka small outline of an owl) they said at 4:15pm that they had multiple artists available, I reassured him we wouldn't be there for at least 30 mins. He said it didn't matter, he could take care of us. So we decided okay, let's do it! Arriving a little bit after 4:45, maybe like 4:55, we checked in thinking okay this place is great. Wow were we WRONG! First off this place is in the ghetto, drunk people lined the front, half clothed and stood there with scribbles covering them head to toe. Someone who has tattoos starts to become a little skeptical after analyzing their surroundings. And believe me we had the time. We waited till 8:30 before anyone even came up to us to apologize for the intense wait. Honestly, if the gentleman had told us a wait time from when we walked in, because I understand the first come first serve rule, we would have been more understanding but clearly the lack of customer service goes to show the lack of education between the entire staff here at The Tattoo Gallery. Reconsider this place, and go somewhere else, because they do not give a crap about their customers! read more

Steven is a brilliant artist. I went in with a basic drawing that I had drawn that I'd wanted, and asked him to make it more like calligraphy, and classy and elegant and pretty. He completely exceeded my expectations. Within 20 minutes, with his VERY first sketch, I knew it was exactly what I'd dreamed of and more. He made sure I was completely comfortable and helped me understand what was going on step by step. He could tell what amount of pain I could take at what level and for how long and helped me feel completely at ease for my first tattoo. It turned out way WAY better than I dreamed!!! I've had my tattoo for almost 6 months now, and I still get people telling me how great it looks, and that the lines are FLAWLESS!!!
