I received a work quote to replace everything which I felt was excessive. I called Chris he did a complete tear off of the roof year ago, outstanding job. I did have a concern almost immediately after the roof was done. A team worker came out to take a look at the back of the roof that I specified, but I only know that by seeing his footage on my outdoor security cameras. He never rang my bell or followed up with me after his visit. Had he done that, maybe I would not have a concern now. I have had to escalate this to GAF to get them to come out and take a look and actually speak to me about what my problem is. I really don't want a problem with a leak to a brand new roof. If you call and ask them to get back to you, after the fact (it's only been a couple of months) that should not warrant the cold shoulder and non response to calls. I will update this the minute I understand how this company with a lot of day laborers "Stand Behind Their Work!"

The day before he was supposed to come a woman called and canceled. She told me Muhammad would call back in a few days and he never did. I left voicemails with him and he never called back. I called another gutter place and they fixed the gutters and downspout and even cleaned them out to fix the problem. He told me that it was strange he asked for a deposit for gutters. Now I leave messages about getting it back and nobody calls back. One time the voicemail said he was out of the country. Very unprofessional and surprised they actually called to cancel. Beware.

He also did this all in a upscale looking brown that gave my house a more chic look. He was great with communication. Fast forward 6 years and I had some other siding contractor remove my downspouts and did not secure them properly after the job so it flew off in a wind storm. I wanted it fixed right so I texted Charlie (same number after all these years), he came by a day later and reinstalled and secured my downspouts all for a very reasonable price.
