I spilled water the next morning and wiped it up and the paper towel was black. I then went to steam the floor with a steam mop. The pads got filthy and the tile floor was caked with soap. All my tile floors were like this. Window sills left filthy. Stove top dirty. Furniture clearly not moved. I can go on and on. I requested a refund and was told no they do not do that. They offered to send back the same ladies. Yea right. They offered a credit. NO WAY WOULD I EVER HAVE THEM AGAIN. I am still waiting for a response from them. Services
