Donna told me that she valued my as a long time customer and going forward would only send me people that she could personally recommend. I made another appointment through Donna. No one showed up and I was told by another employee that answers the phone when Donna is off, that It was my fault because I complained. I thought I might hear from Donna because of our long time relationship, but nothing. I am doing my best with house cleaning on my own. I am really sorry to loose what used to be a terrific service.
