I will never use this business again! I had to repeatedly ask for receipts to be emailed as I was designated to make payments on the behalf of others. Due to the pandemic not improving we decided to cancel the trip as we were travelling outside of the country with children and someone with pre existing health concerns (We planned last year and thought things would be better now). Once cancelled I did not hear from our travel agent Linda for days to know if the trip was successfully cancelled or when we should expect a refund etc. I had to reach out to her and once we finally spoke she told me that the trip was cancelled and we would not receive our deposits. How unethical and unprofessional to not make a client aware of this before cancelling. My family and I loss over $1300 in deposits. Not to mention there was NO written verbiage in our contract or emails that stated deposits will be forfeited due to cancellation. Which I mentioned to Linda. We also had insurance by the way. I also asked why was I not informed that there would be a loss prior to cancelling the trip. All I received was an apology of miscommunication. There can be no miscommunication if there is NO communication!! I feel this was very low level service for someone who claims to have been in the business for over 20 years. I feel there is a bit of shady business here and I recommend you look elsewhere. read more

Cadillac Travel caused a lot of issues for our vacation this past weekend. First, the travel agent submitted the wrong birthday for my flights so I was unable to check-in online and instead had to check-in at the airport - despite confirming the birthday over phone and email 4 times. Also, the agent booked my wife and I on separate flights on the way home - so we spent our entire evening waiting for one another to get home. I would suggest booking your trip yourself over using this company. read more

Well, if you are okay with literally going back in time 3 decades, this is the agency for you. If you love to play telephone tag with your agent at least 4 times for every question to be clarified and answered, this is the place for you. If you are okay with, giving your credit card information OVER THE PHONE to make payments (no exaggeration), you've come to the right travel group. If you are cool with, paper receipts, no online portal to check your information and no clear cut communication, by all means book with this company. I am apart of a group who is traveling for a class reunion and my patience has worn extremely thin with the process of simply "paying for my trip." What? I have to actually talk solely to MY agent only? Wait, I have to pray I catch her at work and at her desk? You must be kidding, they keep PAPER files only and email? My husband and I recently used Sheila from Cadillac Travel for a 3 week Europe vacation and she was absolutely amazing! She was referred to us from a friend of ours and we are so grateful for her! Normally, I like to plan our vacations but in this case there was no way I was able to do it due to timing. Sheila listened to what we wanted to do and came back within a day with a plan. We ended up changing some countries we wanted to visit during the planning process, which I am sure caused Sheila more work, but she was always so happy and willing to help! She was also always available for a phone call after work hours and was available for any questions we had on our acutal vacation. Our entire trip went as planned with no hiccups! No one would respond to my inquiries despite repeated attempts on my part. Rude and inconsiderate.

Writing this review while currently stuck in Mexico. We had a flight switch request due to avoiding a hurricane that they said they accommodated and never did. We traveled in a group of over 60 booked through them and they sent us a confirmation number for one of our group members. We called and let them know of their mistake and they hung up on us and continue to ignore our calls. Flights are overbooked and we are now stuck in Mexico unable to get a different flight on our own. Thanks so much to these careless people. I HIGHLY recommend you avoid. read more

This is my first and only experience with at travel agent/agency. We used them for our honeymoon. Now, I am sure that different agents there work differently, but our agent, Sheila, was just meh. I feel like I did most of the legwork myself (researched which hotels we'd like...which tours...etc.) and she just booked them. In the end, I probably should've passed on an agent but we were going to a foreign country and I thought it'd be safer to use someone. Since our honeymoon I receive "newsletters" from Cadillac but never one had a followup email to ask how it went or to offer her services again beyond that trip. I really didn't feel this agency went above and beyond for us, so I'd pass on them for sure. read more

NEVER AGAIN HERE. Our agent seemed totally disinterested and distracted from the start. According to her own e-mail she was unfamiliar with Royal Caribbean Website, which cost us money towards on board purchases, and seem more attentive to our travelling companions, who booked a balcony room as opposed to our ocean view room. As repeat cruisers with Royal Caribbean, she did not seemed that concerned about seeking out special offers for Crown and Anchor members. read more

I'd like to commend Jeff at Cadillac Travel. He organized a singles group weekend to Macknach Island. When I emailed or call I received quick response everything was in order and had planned the whole trip. He went with us and served drinks, accommodated every request. He's a fun guy, had lots of laughs too. I'll use Jeff for my future travel needs, he's a hard worker and really does work for his clients. Thank you Jeff for an outstanding trip. read more
