Not only that but the service is great here. I got some class b shirt, name tag, and patches sewn on. They made it pretty quickly for me. It was ready the next day. I came back a second time and brought my jumpsuit and patches to be sewn on, and they were quick. You just need to communicate your needs and when you need it by and they will try to make it happen. I paid the sets left no issues wasn't until i came back same day to return the regular set what threw me off first was that for refunds you cannot use the card you used at first to pay. Odd. Never heard of that anywhere. They forced to use a credit card to return the payment. What if i didn't have a credit card at all??? I was then forced to use my husband's credit card. I have yet to receive any refund from the set I returned. Going to call tomorrow if nothing is done im going to dispute the payment with the bank. Was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt but come on . I knew it was fishy but stay away from this place or pay cash unless you want to be scammed.

The dressing room was small and clean. It had no chair/or place to put your items aside from the hook on the back of the door. And the door is cut at the bottom, like a lot. I actually asked some other places to do this job and they couldn't do it. But Dennis came through. Five stars all the way. He matched the vinyl transfer to a shimmering silver logo. That super difficult to do. It looks factory finished. The work they do for us is custom and does take some extra lead time, but it's worth the wait.
