I'm so glad to discover this place. They have the best pricing for your uniform needs in OC and LA. Trust me, I already did the comparison before coming here. Not only that but the service is great here. I got some class b shirt, name tag, and patches sewn on. They made it pretty quickly for me. It was ready the next day. I came back a second time and brought my jumpsuit and patches to be sewn on, and they were quick. You just need to communicate your needs and when you need it by and they will try to make it happen. Came in to Curtis get uniforms fitted and equipment for a new job. My first impression was that this place is huge, compared to the other uniform stores I've been to for my previous job. Javier assisted me throughout the entire way and let me say... he is great at what he does. His friendliness, attention to detail, and dedication to the customers he serves is outstanding. Bad service. For a local store to wait so long to send a online delivery,, when it stated "In Stock".!!?? Their location Sante Fe Springs is about a 2 hour drive from my home. I would rather not go anywhere else... Javier & Giselle make a great team! I came in with a list of what I needed for uniforms. They were on it. They brought me the first items and got me over to try them on. In the meantime, they were able to get the rest of the items. There were two items that they did not have in stock, but they ordered them right away. Some of the items needed to be altered, and the tailors are equally impressive! The whole staff is AWESOME! Even though some items are still in boxes, that didn't make a difference. They know how to take care of their customers!!! read more

I was sent here to get new uniform shirts for work. The facility is located literally two minutes away from the freeway, which is nice and convenient. The inside looks as if they're getting ready to move, which I was told they are. The staff was very kind and attentive. I picked up my shirts last week but they fit wayyy too big. Idk maybe I was bloated the day I got fitted. Anyway, went back Wednesday to get them re-altered and by 1100 am on Thursday, they were ready. Very happy about it. Goodies uniforms is by far the best uniform store for your uniform needs. First off, the customer service is excellent. You walk in the door and you're greeted with dedicated workers who take pride in what they do. On a busy day, you'll still be greeted with the same folks while they're helping customers. In my experience, I have not had any issues whatsoever. If there was an issue, it would be resolved instantly in s reasonable time for both parties. Quality is perfect for what you pay for. They even have seasonal sales on shirts and pants if you want to grab a set of uniforms. It would be better if they had some incentives for uniforms or equipment. Those things rack up overtime and it would be nice once in a while to get things on a budget . Overall I'm very satisfied. read more

Update: Goodies is a good place to get your uniforms done but if they are busy, go elsewhere. Last week I turned in 4 uniforms to get patched and it was supposed to be ready in a few days, turns out it was ready the following day. Today, 01/02/19 I try and have them do 1 uniform for a minimal patch work and they said it would be done by the 17th. I can't blame them cause they're busy but if it's backlogged that far into the month, I'm gonna have to force myself to give my business elsewhere. Great work though that they do. I've been going to Goodies for years and never had a problem with uniforms or pick up times, until now. My suggestion is too make sure your uniforms have everything you requested, try them on before you leave. The uniforms I bought, the length of the shirts were left AS IS. They were too long. Very disappointed because its a pain in the ass and uncomfortable when I tuck them in. Other than that, shoe shine guy gets busy but he is inconsistent with pick up times. So if you want them done quickly go elsewhere or wait 5 to 7 days. he does a good job tho. read more

Uniform pants were ready 1 day after ordering...staff was nice even though they dont really seem to help one another...on the negative side, my name tag was ordered and I was never notified it was ready for pick up. I was in the area so decided to stop in and they found it...however, it was not the right one. They did re-order and agreed to ship it to me with in 5 days, so it seems they are making up for their mistake. We will see in a few days if it arrives. All that being said, they are hands down a million times better than my companies current vendor!!! read more

Terrible service had a pair of boots for one week and they didn't fit only wore them once and when I got them someone told me I could return if they didn't fit. When I came back to return them I was told I was never told anything like that and that I couldn't have a refund. Never coming back again. Worst place to go very disrespectful. read more

Service is great INSIDE the store, staff is helpful in helping you get set up with your uniforms. Give them a reasonable amount of time to get it done and it'll get done. Just a heads up: they do not do alterations on any uniforms NOT purchased in their store. Dumb rule but I guess I get it. Selection is great. Just make sure you don't visit the guy OUTSIDE the store. Listen to the reviews about him and take your boots or shoes elsewhere to get shined. There's plenty of other places that won't be rude to you and will get them done when they say they will get done. He does a good job I will give him that, but it's his lack of time management and attitude that's a deal breaker. read more

The shoe shine guy does a good job but doesn't have your items when he says they will be ready. I dropped items off a week ago and he said they would be ready the day before I actually picked them up and he still hasn't shined my boots. So now I have to wait for them to work on my shoes. read more

Goody's is one of the few uniform shops available for the LA County Sheriff's uniforms. What's sets them apart from the other shops is there ability to quickly and efficiently fit a uniform. We noticed that the employees seem to have more experience than others when it comes to preparing uniforms for Tailoring. Generally speaking they should have about everything you need in the shop. I took the star off because I think they're a little bit too expensive, but since the market hasn't grown yet I guess they can be. read more

After a couple years in law enforcement, I have yet to find any uniform store as good as this one. I first found Goodie's as a police explorer for a local department, and I haven't stopped coming since, even after changing departments. The staff (specifically Goodie and Jim) are very helpful and friendly at this small-town store. It's not as large as a big time uniform store like Galls or Keystone, but I think that's a good thing and not a bad thing. Alterations/orders always come in a timely manner, as opposed to waiting months at a large uniform store. If there is ever a mistake or a minor change needs to be made, they are always happy to fix it. My current department isn't even in LA County but I still make the drive to get the service and professionalism of this small uniform store. I hope Goodie's is still around for the rest of my career. read more

They gave me the run around.
