When I did have a chance to come, this is a nice club spot, cost me $10 a person for my status level, but there was a buffet area with a decent, not huge variety, and free alcoholic drinks. This is great for a lunch because they have stuff for salads and cold cuts, soups, a few hot dishes, and desserts so nothing super exciting but nice for a meal. The best part is the ambiance. If you get a table by the windows, you can have a nice view out to the ocean/boardwalk. If you sit more inside, there's a nice fireplace and comfy couches if you just need a place to relax for a bit. It wasn't crowded when I came and I expect it doesn't get super crowded since it's just for people with a certain casino status so it's great to go to to hang out between gambling. I think it's very similar to the one in Bally's, so I can't say I had a preference and only came here since Bally's one wasn't open yet. I look forward to the time I can come back and visit.

    Bailey's and coffee!

Grace at the front and Rosa, our server are awesome! Great view and an okay selection of food and adult beverages for your enjoyment! Went on a Sunday and the buffet was more limited than I believe it is during the week. Will be heading back for dinner later this week and post an update! If you're a Diamond member or above, don't miss it!

*****THIS IS A LONG READ*****…read more This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I must say, my check-in experience was horrible! This is my birthday weekend, so I came alone for a little R&R and self-care. I did not expect to be treated as horribly as I was! I arrived about 3:30 and went to the kiosk for express check-in, only to realize I had left my wallet in my car. I went over to the bell hop desk, where I was nicely greeted by Mario, to ask if I could leave my belongings there while I went to retrieve my wallet. Mario explained to me that he could hold my things, but had to grab a cart for them and give me a ticket as standard protocol. While I waited for him to return, the most RUDE, NASTY, ARROGANT, IMPOLITE, IGNORANT male comes to me yelling, "MA'AM YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE!" I told him to calm down and stop talking to me like that! I then tried explaining the situation to him, and what Mario told me, but before I could finish, he cut me off and yells... "Well he's new! That's why he told you to leave your stuff here! I'M THE BELL CAPTAIN! HE SHOULD'VE CAME AND GOT ME! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE, YOU NEED A TICKET!" I asked him why he was yelling! There was no need for that, especially if I'm not speaking to him that way! He replies while flailing his arms around, "OH HERE WE GO! HERRRRRE WE GO!" I tried again to explain that Mario had already told me that, but Mr. "Bell Captain" who I later found out name is Saleem, was so bent on letting me know his position that he couldn't even hear what I was saying. Mario then comes back with the cart, and he proceeds to yell at Mario! "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN! WHO AM I??? WHO AM I ??" Mario and another Bellman quietly says, "Bell Captain." He then says, "YEAH SO THAT'S WHY Y'ALL CHECK WITH ME FIRST!" I stepped in and told him that if he's a real leader, he doesn't have to blast who he is, (not to mention it was on his name tag) and he should not be embarrassing his employees publicly. He could have talked to him in the back and let him know what he did wrong. I didn't need to see that! I also told him, I'm not sure if he's having a bad day, but there was no reason for him to behave this way! He starts yelling...again...."I'M GREAT! ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID! I GOT MONEY IN THE BANK! I'M GOOD!" I don't understand what that had to do with anything but whatever. He then went back to yelling about him being the Bell Captain and what the protocol was for me leaving my stuff there. CLEARLY he missed that Mario did the right thing from the beginning! Mr. Bell Captain just felt the need to power trip in that moment for whatever reason. I told him he needed to listen and not interrupt when someone is speaking because he would have known that it was handled correctly! He put his hand up and says, I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!" I looked at Mario, thanked him for helping me and told him he did nothing wrong. This situation made me so angry that I burst into tears! To add insult to injury, after all the drama, I was waiting for over an hour to get my belongings because SOMEONE put the incorrect room number in the system. I found that out because I had to go back down to the lobby to see what was going on with my things. I was late for my dinner reservation, and my night was pretty much ruined. I couldn't fully enjoy my dinner the way I'd hoped to. I actually cried while at the restaurant because I was still so frustrated with how everything had gone. Not only did I come here to rest and relax, I came her to try and release some of my grief from the loss of my Baby Brother. Hopefully my spa experience will be much better. Shout out to "T" whom I believe was the Operations Manager. He helped me calm down and agreed to address Saleem and the issue. However, I wanted this situation to be documented. NOBODY should ever be able to get away with mistreating ANYONE no matter their position. I WILL be pursuing this further until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Wild Wild West Casino is basically an extension to Caesars. No other way to put it. No hotel portion, no big advertising to pull you in. It's just there. Hidden and underused...almost deserted. I ventured here via the connection to Caesars. It is an interesting walk to get here as you feel like you are entering an area guests shouldn't be allowed. You go to a corner, through some doors, down an escalator, through a themed walkway, and finally enter. Along the way you see signs on doors staying staff only, but you also see signs with arrows pointing you in a direction to continue. It was confusing and I was wondering if I was entering AC's version of the backrooms. The highlight of this area is the theming. They really went all out to make you feel like you were entering into the Old West. The corridor taking to the area is lined with what is supposed to be the buildings along a dirt road in the west. The casino floor itself carries on the theming and is included in the bar areas (I'm guessing on that one, I'll tell you why in a minute). It makes you wonder what this place looked like in its heyday. Because I can tell you it looked fun to be in...but. See here's the thing, it's like they just forgot about this area, left some of the power on, and the door unlocked. When I got to this area it was seriously dim. As one review from 2022 stated, most of the light in here comes from the doors that take you out to the boardwalk. There were absolutely no places that offered food or drink open, completely shuttered. That bar area where the theming continued, it looked like it was to be set up with tables and chairs and be partitioned off from the rest of the place, but you could walk right though the area. Restaurants from well known celebrity chefs were locked up tight. The entrance to the show as well. I felt like I could have done one of the urban explorer videos in here because there was no one else in this space. I did a real quick once around of the floor to make sure I wasn't seeing things and there was absolutely no one in here playing the slots. No table games that I saw either. I believe there were games in here much like you would find at an adult arcade as well. After a bit, I started to get that creepy feeling and I made my way to the boardwalk doors. This was the only time I saw people. This is a convenient shortcut to get to Caesars if you are on the boardwalk. Also a great way to avoid weather. Sad, feels like this could be a great place to visit.

The room was bright enough to make me feel hopeful again. The furniture looked new, the bedding cleaner than the soul of a saint. You could almost smell the paint still trying to dry. The bathroom was beautiful. There was a shower stall with a fake marble bench. I sat on it and felt like an emperor, briefly. Then I noticed a little mold blooming around the shower head. A small rebellion. There were stains on the wall too, ghostly handprints of humidity. That's how things go in Atlantic City, shiny today, peeling tomorrow. My view was of the old Trump Plaza, or what's left of it. A carcass. Concrete ribs showing. It stared at me every morning like an old man who still thinks he's handsome. Not much Caesars can do about that. But it reminded me, again and again, that this city is more memory than place now. The casino felt haunted, though not by spirits, but by the absence of them. Slot machines blinked for no one. A few people were sleeping in their chairs, which seemed fair enough. The table games were quiet as a church on Tuesday. I used to work security at the Trump Marina, grave shift, back when things were merely dying instead of dead. I recognized the silence. It hums in your bones. Most of the restaurants were closed. Tazza Cafe was holding down the fort, serving decent coffee and sandwiches in a space that felt like the corner of an airport food court that had gone to community college. Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill was running too. They served over-priced shepherd's pie and image, but little more. Nobu opened on Thursday, like a movie star showing up to an empty theater. Parking was an adventure through the absurd. You go through the Temple Garage, cross Arkansas Street like a pilgrim, then slip into the Colosseum Garage to park. It felt like a test to see who really wanted to be there. Most employees seemed to have mastered the art of avoidance, the kind of indifference that comes from too many shore town winters. The exception was the front desk team, who were unfailingly kind, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to see another breathing soul. So here's the moral. The rooms in the Centurion Tower are beautiful, even luxurious. If you can snag a midweek off-season rate, it's worth it for the comfort of the bed and the quiet view of decay. But the magic is gone from Caesars Atlantic City. What remains is a gleaming room in a tired city, a testament to how we keep trying to polish what is already sinking.
