Well, I had to DJ for an event for a client in the Oceans Casino resort meeting room and I was accommodated with a room. 1st off, the Oceans Casino is a gorgeous venue. Almost feels like a futuristic adventure! The structure itself is enormous and looks like something out of Star Wars. At least to me. The escalators goo way up top.. Looks like a spaceship. So then I get to my room.. The room was beautiful! Looked extremely clean.. New.. Up to date. Bathroom was nice, big.. Great shower, sinks.. Bed and sheets were so clean and comfortable.. I'm not much of a gambler but the casino was pretty busy. Staff were really nice and kind. Overall I had a great time out there at the Oceans Casino Resort. Hopefully I'll get back there soon. Whether I DJ or not who knows. But I'll definitely be back there soon!

Loved my stay here! Such a vibe from start to finish. There were so many spots to lounge both indoors and outside, and the indoor/outdoor pool was definitely a highlight- adults-only from 8-10 AM was a nice touch. The location right on the boardwalk couldn't be better, and the room views were absolutely amazing. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and I had the best time.

I booked two rooms here, got one on the 47th floor and one on the 16th floor. I saw the differences in how I was treated for each room. The 16th floor, 90% of the time I could not find someone in housekeeping. The phone just kept ringing. I had to call from the 47th floor for extra amenities for both my rooms. Asked for more tissues for my 16th floor, never saw the tissue box. Extra Towels took over 3 hours to get delivered. Paid over 200 a night and they couldn't even spare a soap dish for our room or two lotions? My other room had a soap dish and two lotions. The view is nice here, but my room on the 16th flop was so dirty. There was tomato sauce stain on the floor and IT WAS SOOOOO DUSTY. It was dusty everywhere, from the silver window panels to the wood about the beds. The worst part was the storage space under the sinks where they store our towels and hair dryer.... They basically placed clean towels on top of dust so our towels were dusty. I always stay at Caesars or Borgata. I will Not be returning to Ocean. The only good part about this hotel was the ocean view and the boardwalk view. Another shark positive is the Asian restaurant inside, the service was amazing and food was huge portions. The inside pool is small and was crowded, we didn't bother going into the people soup. They did not have many blackjack tables either.

When I arrived to my room it was still dirty and one of the restaurants upset my wife and I stomach.

What a great hotel and casino! I was here in early November 2025 for a work conference. What left a lasting impression on me is the quality of the room and the catering staff. Wow! The catering folks are true professionals. They were so pleasant and helpful. The level of service they provided was top-notch. I could tell they love their jobs and were very detail oriented. I hope the conference officials pick The Ocean for next year's agenda because it is worth coming back just to be catered to by this staff. The room we stayed in at The Ocean was clean, modern, and comfortable. The view was nothing short of amazing! Actually, no matter where you went in the casino/hotel, the view was jaw-dropping. Clearly, a lot of thought and planning went into the layout of this hotel. The gaming floor left us wanting for nothing. Plenty of slots and table games everywhere. The drink servers were prompt and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

One of the best resorts in the area. Lots of dining options. Gorgeous views. Modern rooms, although some rooms need to be updated. Full sized gym with a variety of equipment including a Peloton section with bikes and rowers. There's also an Exhale spa on site and a shopping area. No need to leave the property, but if you do it's right on the boardwalk. Easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Note: no coffee machine in the rooms.

Nice location along boardwalk with great views. Updated place with lots of architectural features that are interesting. The staff that we encountered were friendly. They really keep this place clean. Saw multiple employees walking around cleaning throughout our visit. Lots of game options - slots and tables. Nice sports bar in middle of casino that had a pit and lots of TVs.

We tried to stay here for a short family vacay, but sadly the hotel was fully booked. I still stopped by to check it out and was impressed--it looked lovely! The décor was modern and clean, and every area I saw was well-lit and spotless. I also liked that there were several shops and restaurants right within the casino resort, making it super convenient. The only downside is the location--it's at one end of the boardwalk, so walking to the other end would be a bit of a hike. That said, they had bicycles available for rent by the hour or day directly in front of the hotel, which is a fun solution. Overall, it's a beautiful spot and I enjoyed my time here.

I've been coming to Ocean since the grand opening. I love the constant update of new restaurants and shops so you can never get tired. My new favorite restaurant is Chez Frites that salad dressing so tasty. Top amenities are the Spa and grand infinity pool located on the roof especially in the winter time with grande snowflakes coming down while you're in the Hot tub on the roof. The hotel is so grande compared to older properties on the boardwalk. I love the ocean view rooms and the size of the bathroom and how comfortable the beds are.

Perfect Daycation Escape! We did a quick daycation and it was just what our family needed! Everything was super convenient. The pool was refreshing, and the ocean view? Absolutely perfect. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. Although I'm a blackjack girl, I skipped the tables this time. We wrapped the day with dinner at Amada, which was incredible. and as a bonus, we got to enjoy the drone and fireworks show right from our seat! While there many on-site kids activities, it wasn't an issue since there's so much nearby, and our 10yr old had a blast. We'll definitely be back--often!

Beautiful hotel situated near Borgata. Right on the beach, there is an indoor and outdoor pool.

***Fight night Casio Hotel Stay*** I have read some reviews and can only provide my honest review based on my say. I booked the room for the Boots Ennis MATCHROOM boxing event. I was met a lady that was so kind and positive. I had even forgotten my license in the car and she booked the room and said go get it how me and ill hand you everything. I did just that and she gave me my keys etc no wait UNTIL she saw I was retired military. She asked me to wait and provided me with a free parking card for being a veteran. I am awaiting the hotel stay opportunities she says veterans receive. The Room: It was clean and freshly turned. The Facility: Now knowing it is NJ and a Philly fighter was in town i expected to have a hint of weed in the air here and there and that's alright. It was not being actively smoked in the facility. The areas were well kept and the signage was sufficient. The Staff: Amazing, from the old man at the security prior to the elevators that's was extremely nice and funny, to the bell hops that gave me awesome directions. Let me not forget that awesome lady at check-in. The Food: Now this is what kept me from a fifth star. The restaurants inside were a bit overpriced for the food being served. Now that's on the restaurant, but the pricing. I don't know about that. OVERALL: This trip was to take my younger brother to his first professional boxing event and this hotel made the night in town awesome. Before and after the fight.

We went to Ocean Resort to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Going during what is considered off season I was able to book a room about 2.5 months in advance with their advanced rate discount and pay about $80 for a contemporary king room, which is a steal if you ask me. Paid extra for early check in and clean air quality room choice. Darwin checked us in and he was fantastic. He waived our early check in fee for us which got our stay started on the right foot. We got a nice room on the 25th floor with partial ocean view. The room was clean and felt very upscale. We got dinner at Amada (that'll be a separate review) spent some time on the gaming floor, and then retired to the room to relax for the rest of the evening. Check out was super easy in the morning. I'd definitely recommend staying here and we plan on returning to check out what they have during the summer.

Unfortunately, our experience fell far below reasonable expectations, and I would like to formally document several serious concerns. On the morning of June 20, we visited The Twenties restaurant for breakfast. While waiting to be seated, I witnessed two tables leave due to a lack of service, and a third nearly did the same. Once we were seated, two different staff members provided conflicting information, and it was clear that there was significant confusion among the team. Most concerning, one employee audibly exclaimed, "Fuck!" in front of guests, including my two children. We also experienced significant issues with the elevators throughout our stay. On one occasion, we waited more than 15 minutes for an elevator while one of my children, who has a disability, was unable to stand comfortably for an extended period. We specifically chose this hotel because of its accessibility features and multiple elevators. At one point, approximately 10 guests were waiting, which suggests an ongoing issue. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. In the women's restroom near the pool, there was a used tampon visible inside the artificial plant located to the right of the entrance. I found this extremely unsanitary and immediately left the pool area. When I checked again the following day, the item had still not been removed. The walkway connecting the parking garage to the lobby had a strong, persistent odor of urine, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary first impression. Finally, after using the shower in our room on the evening of our arrival, the steam revealed drawings and markings on the bathroom mirror that had not been cleaned, leading us to question the overall cleanliness and preparation of the room. I travel frequently and have stayed in a wide range of accommodations. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered due to the condition of the property, the cleanliness issues, and the lack of service.

When I was last here, I stayed at the Courtyard on the strip and it was horrible... poor security, the valets looked like the pot smokers on the street, so much pot smell everywhere within and outside the hotel, etc. So this time I opted for this place, especially since it was connected to the convention center. If it wasn't for being connected to the convention center, I wouldn't imagine that anyone would ever stay here. Looks like the last time it was renovated was in the 90's, as it is in serious need of repair, updating, and fixing! Checking in was nice, the lady who checked me in hit all the marks, but was very insincere in doing so, she was just going through the motions. Once I got to the room, the first thing I noticed was the wrinkled carpet with big bumps under it and the poorly maintained room. The HVAC was loud and annoying. The bathroom had a tub and didn't even have bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc on the wall; rather, they provide small bottles on the sink, which they didn't refresh after my first use/night using them... and to make it worse, they took what I did use, but didn't finish, so I had nothing! The bed was sagging and needs new mattress. The TV was horrible, it was the old style with no Pluto or other streaming services. I could go on and on about the horrible condition of the room or the poor way housekeeping kept it up. The kicker was the TERRIBLE valet... I enjoyed a decent experience dropping off the car the first time and tipped nicely. I picked up the car once and that was ok, not fast, but I still tipped nicely. Then when it was time to checkout, I used the text link to request the car and it came up with something about payment, but nothing to get the car. So, I called the desk and she told me to just use the app, but when I told her it said this, she said she'd call the valet for me. I came down about 10 mins later and went outside and waited about 10 minutes and nothing, so I went back in and asked again and she called the valet. I went back outside, waited about 5 mins, still nothing. I went back in again and asked her and she told me he said he was getting the car... I waited in the lobby this time and about 5 mins later the guy (horrible employee guy) showed up with my car. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my car - the kicker was that this was at 4:30AM when I started!! How Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! The combination of the front desk lady's nonchalant demeanor, the extremely terribly lazy valet guy's service, and the poor conditions of the property make this a one star for me.

Acoustics were pretty good, and there are giant TVs on each side of the stage to see closeups of the performers. Overall the show went smoothly, with only one or two minor technical glitches, which seemed pretty good for the first night of a showcase tour. A friend and I sat on the side of the venue and still had a clear view. I thought it was worth it for $50 tickets (per person). This was a winter show, so none of the summertime beach traffic. The casino was busy but not overwhelmingly so. It was pretty easy to find parking and locate the venue inside. (Also it's not very smoky inside.) There are drinks available in Ovation Hall itself as well as small snacks. You can get more substantial food outside in the casino. Glasses were kept full, the excellent food was free-flowing (we had a cocktail-style reception with small plates being butlered all night), and the acoustics made for a hopping good time on the dance floor. We even ordered 150 White House subs as part of our "to go" favor, and the One Atlantic team took care of it all for us. It was exceptional! We have received non-stop compliments about the venue, the friendliness of the staff, and the amazing food. Our guests had a phenomenal time! We truly had the best evening ever at One Atlantic. And how great is it that we can honestly say that the best wedding we've been to is our own? Right on! No party is too big nor too small for One Atlantic. Check them out and get ready to "Wow" the life out of your family and friends!

And it's wheelchair accessible! (Figured I'd toss that in.) Even if I don't decide to get married, this is an expansive space appropriate for pretty much any classy shindig, corporate, social, or otherwise. Find them at the Pier Shops at Caesars. Book them early, before I do. [1] Or married at all. Though I'm taking applications... hello, ladies.

They gave us a "complimentary upgrade" to the Ocean Tower even though we had booked 2 months ago for the Rendezvous Tower. We were not impressed with the "upgrade". It was like they divided 2 rooms to make one. The TV is too far from the bed to really watch it, the sofa was dirty and stained. The bathrooms were much smaller with 24" vanity in bathrooms with no place to place your toiletries. The shower was nice ...and extremely slippery. Yes they did supply a rubber mat that was probably 18" long at best. So proper placement before water hits the slippery floor was imperative. The sink faucets cold water was always warm and the shower water was at best lukewarm. We did go and complain about this and they offered us a "comped" meal at the VIP. More about that later in this post. We have ALWAYS had some sort of water view (even if so slight) and with the upgrade we got a dirty rooftop with spotlights ‍ Casino floor had very few "cocktail" Waitresses for water or coffee (we don't drink) We were also "comped" VIP dining for one night. It was horrible. Dried jerk chicken, pork was under cooked, the soup was like a salt lick and just a couple of bite size dessert options. I guess they expect people to just go and drink. Good thing I was able to fill up on a salad and lemon water. Not sure if we'll be coming back to this casino in the future.

The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views, even with the snow and cold weather. The casino area offered plenty to do, with several dining options. I was a little disappointed with the check-in staff, though. The young Asian woman at the front desk was extremely rude, which made me want to leave the hotel. Additionally, there was a random table in the hallway with a tablecloth and food that had been sitting there for more than 12 hours (if not longer). -- disgusting! Despite these issues, I still had a great birthday experience, but I do wish the check-in staff had been more welcoming.

It was cute a lot of local businesses decorated trees, and they looked so pretty lined up. I wished it was a bit better promoted than one boardwalk champion because it was pretty and festive. While I was there, I read some of the signs about the town's history. There were some great vintage signs and photos and a Mr. Peanut costume. Even if you are not here for an event, it's an informative little museum inside that's worth a few minutes of your time.

The tickets RJ purchased were front row in our section, but with "limited view" which was described as "possible infrastructure or lighting". We thought oh no big deal, maybe some sound equipment or a railing. Ok, these should have been sold as completely obstructed view. An employee from down below handed new tickets to RJ after the concert started if we wanted to move. But the row is so small and tight, I am 5 ft tall and had no leg room. We were all jammed against the railing. We thought that was nice but wished it had happened before the concert started, or that she came to the row and got us out rather than handing them up to us. No way was I going to try to get out by making 12-14 people move 1 song into the concert. So we only know they were higher up, but did not use them. At least I could see if I leaned to the left, but RJ looked at the back of this camera man all night!

The room was bright enough to make me feel hopeful again. The furniture looked new, the bedding cleaner than the soul of a saint. You could almost smell the paint still trying to dry. The bathroom was beautiful. There was a shower stall with a fake marble bench. I sat on it and felt like an emperor, briefly. Then I noticed a little mold blooming around the shower head. A small rebellion. There were stains on the wall too, ghostly handprints of humidity. That's how things go in Atlantic City, shiny today, peeling tomorrow. My view was of the old Trump Plaza, or what's left of it. A carcass. Concrete ribs showing. It stared at me every morning like an old man who still thinks he's handsome. Not much Caesars can do about that. But it reminded me, again and again, that this city is more memory than place now. The casino felt haunted, though not by spirits, but by the absence of them. Slot machines blinked for no one. A few people were sleeping in their chairs, which seemed fair enough. The table games were quiet as a church on Tuesday. I used to work security at the Trump Marina, grave shift, back when things were merely dying instead of dead. I recognized the silence. It hums in your bones. Most of the restaurants were closed. Tazza Cafe was holding down the fort, serving decent coffee and sandwiches in a space that felt like the corner of an airport food court that had gone to community college. Gordon Ramsay's Pub & Grill was running too. They served over-priced shepherd's pie and image, but little more. Nobu opened on Thursday, like a movie star showing up to an empty theater. Parking was an adventure through the absurd. You go through the Temple Garage, cross Arkansas Street like a pilgrim, then slip into the Colosseum Garage to park. It felt like a test to see who really wanted to be there. Most employees seemed to have mastered the art of avoidance, the kind of indifference that comes from too many shore town winters. The exception was the front desk team, who were unfailingly kind, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to see another breathing soul. So here's the moral. The rooms in the Centurion Tower are beautiful, even luxurious. If you can snag a midweek off-season rate, it's worth it for the comfort of the bed and the quiet view of decay. But the magic is gone from Caesars Atlantic City. What remains is a gleaming room in a tired city, a testament to how we keep trying to polish what is already sinking.
