Our waiter, Juan Jose, did not offer us a tour of the restaurant, and it took a long time to receive our food. It was also difficult to get his attention whenever we needed assistance. The most disappointing part of our experience happened as we were leaving. My aunt overheard Juan Jose complaining that our table didn't order any alcohol and only left a 20% tip. We found those comments to be unprofessional and disrespectful. A 20% tip is generally considered a generous tip, and guests should not be made to feel judged based on what they order or the gratuity they leave. The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the level of service fell well below our expectations for such a special occasion. I hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can enjoy both the atmosphere and the hospitality.
