GO FOR THE VIEW!!!!!! but also they have one of the best margaritas that I have had so far in Mexico. And my waiter was super friendly and attentive. I got the chicken mole which came with rice and tortillas. I highly recommend to go close to sunset so you can watch the church get lit up and people in the square.

    Can't complain about the view!

The food isn't the best in the GDL. (I'm always a little suspicious of seafood this far from the ocean!) But the service is top-notch, and the view cannot be beat for crowd-watching. They offer a comprehensive selection of cocktails in addition to full bar service.

We had a few shots and couple of beers. They have the perfect spot to enjoy the lights show at the cathedral. Hopefully next time I make it out there I will try some food

This place was awesome my family and I enjoyed our meal's especially a carne asada style plate that didn't need a knife to cut the steak it was the most tender piece of meat I've ever experienced literally pulled apart with your fingers,We also had a pizza that was crispy and tasty along with a tuna plate served with tostadas which was very delicious. If your drinking try the jalapeño mixed drink that was our favorite, oh and can't leave out the amazing view of the Cathedral which has a light show that starts around 6 or 7 pm and lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes it's absolutely beautiful!!!

This place was poppin, we wanted a night out but didn't know where to go. Our hotel didn't know where to send us either. We took a 15 minute stroll and came upon La Plaza de Armas, which I had visited years before, and I immediately recognized it. We decided on sitting at an outdoor restaurant nearby playing live music. As we sat there enjoying it, there was other music we could also hear and it appealed to us much more. When we saw where it was coming from we very lady like chugged the rest of our beers to head over. It's on the second level, the light works were on point. We were lucky to find an empty table in the corner near the stage. The live music was just what we were looking for. The menu was decent as were the prices.

Terrible customer service not a good establishment Wait over 10 minutes for a server to come and ask if you needed anything server never Came

Luckily my well connected cousin gave the hostess a wink and a nod and we were at a table immediately. Sorry if you were in line. We started out with some French press coffee which was excellent. You can go down stairs and pick up a bag of ground or beans of there particular brand. I did. I ordered the torta de pancita which translated means stomach sandwich. Whatever it was I ate it and it was delicious. My wife had the chilaquiles rojos. Which I assume were good since she didn't share any. Now here's where things get fuzzy. Someone, I'm not saying who, offered me a cocktail that was not on the menu. It was an artisanal Mezcal which was made into an Old Fashion. So good and they kept coming. Next thing you know we are at Estadio Akron. Modelos are flowing Crowd is cheering and apparently Puebla Suck's cause Chivas won. Luckily I do remember clearly that Palreal is a great place with an eclectic menu that doesn't disappoint. Hang out with the hip crowd. Skip the street tacos for one night and treat yourself to Palreal. Watch out for the off menu stuff. Definitely Recommended.
