I would ask the same question and another young girl would answer it was all the same day which is not true because out of the slices I bought (and four cake slices this past week) only half were very soft and fresh. The other two were stale and some of the cream was sticky. I mean is it annoying that I ask ? Sure. But if it was all baked same day and have consistency I wouldn't need to ask all the time. I keep coming back hoping I get fresh cakes every time. I do love that they close at 9 PM so if you are very desperate for something sweet, then they are the spot to go to.
