Love Starbucks but the line is always super long but I usually go inside to order and it's super fast! I usually get the caramel macchiato and the coffee cake! So good and very welcoming. I recommend getting out the car and going inside to place your order. The drive through line is a long wait I would say more than 30 minutes. read more

I have a new obsession with the Vanilla Macchiato. Of course being in a stop & shop that has a Starbucks, HELLO! I'm going to get some! The baristas were nice, until I had to ask if my macchiato was vanilla flavored. It sure doesn't taste like vanilla. It was a hazelnut macchiato. And my drink wasn't even filled up. I tend to frequent these "in store" Starbucks (usually at Target), so I am familiar with the strange hours they often keep. I have yet to have a problem with the menu selections or availability of items, as another reviewer mentioned, either here or elsewhere in a similar store. Anyway, perhaps the problems mentioned by reviewers before me have been addressed or just resolved themselves, because I had no issues with either staff member when I came here for my favorite iced tea. Staff followed my order, asked if I wanted available extras, was courteous and friendly, and worked quickly. When I came back a couple of minutes after paying to buy a travel mug, they even let me know that where was more of a selection behind the display, which I had in fact missed myself. No complaints here, and considering that I tend to hate Dunkin, I'll be returning for my fix. Heaven knows there's no other Starbucks option nearby! read more

I hate to be this person, but I've been to this starbucks multiple times and unfortunately it's the closest and only one in town. The woman who works there, early to mid 40s, is extremely rude. You're working in the customer service business, your attitude is everything. I asked for a grande caramel macchiato, light ice. To which cops a rude remark stating "well you didn't say iced, say iced" ok, got it. Proceeds to tell me to not grab my finished beverage because my transaction wasn't complete when it was pending on her end to click tender submitted (I've been a customer service mgr before). I proceed to ask for a straw to which she says i don't need one because it's a sip cup; I do not like sip cups thus why I asked for a straw. She does not provide me with a straw and she gave me as much ice as possible so in summation i basically paid $6 for POOR SERVICE and a barely any coffee since ice consumed my entire cup. I'm only posting this review because this is not the first time and every time i come, you remind me why i boycott this location. If you do not like your job, i understand but do not project it into paying customers. There are people who don't have a job that would do your job with a smile. I hope you understand a better attitude and more concern for the paying customer's request goes a long way. Stop & Shop and Starbucks - you should definitely speak to your employee about her mannerisms. read more

Worse place ever. What is the point of having a menu when you can't make anything besides an americano. Asked for macchiato? Not avail. Ok regular coffee with sweet cream ? No more sweet cream. Ok. This is the absolute worst starbucks with the rudest most unprofessional staff I have ever seen. The first time I went, I wasn't even greeted by the manager behind the counter. I gave her my order and again she said nothing but acted annoyed as I usually make a custom drink of a double shot of espresso over ice with a pump of flavoring or classic. It really is not complicated. When I got my coffee I said thank you, again which received no reply. I proceeded to add a splash of half and half and was then told I should have ordered a latte because that is what my drink is. I told her I did not add milk and lattes are majority milk. She said nothing but acted annoyed. My husband and I have continued to have this problem and each time, they are nasty and obviously don't want to be there. I have been coming to this location in Stop and Shop for over a year and everyone is exceptionally friendly. I always order the same drink and when they see me they ask if I would like the usual (I require coconut milk and they remember that as well). The only occasional thing that happens is they sometimes don't have the codes for happy hour but a manager always comes to correct the problem. I have never had anyone act as described in the other reviews and I cannot speak for the other reviewers, I can speak for myself. I go there everyday. read more

I would give no stars if Yelp allowed it. This location should be shut down. It's an embarrassment to both the Starbucks brand as well as Shop and Stop. I have way too many bad experiences to even list. Staff is rude and moderately trained at best. They don't have any idea of what customer service is or the products they carry and sell. There is often no coffee made and no ice! How that's even possible when it's in a supermarket is beyond me! They sell merchandise and never have bags. They don't promote and rewards or ask for my Stop and Shop card to redeem any and they wouldn't even let me use the pay by phone Starbucks app because they said they don't have proper equipment. They wouldn't even enter the numbers on my phone to continue with payment and proceeded to talk to eachother about me while I was standing there and actually stated "hell no I'm not waiting my time entering this bullshit" and then refused it as payment.
