Yes I love coffee and I have done tasting tours before in other places but a harvesting tour not until today! It was quite the experience! First we drove on the back of a hay driven truck through their property to the coffee bean acre and a half. I got to pick the fruit which has to be a kind of magenta color and taste the fruit which was actually quite tasty to my surprise! The coffee bean seeds are inside and they are white but after they are roasted they turn brown. What's really cool is they provided us a mug we filled with beans and dirt to bring home to grow our own coffee plant! What's really cool is that even the outside fruit of the coffee bean is also being used to make a jam which I got to sample as part of the 2 hour tour. What I learned is that they have a variety of tours throughout the season and I will definitely be back for a tasting tour for sure! The family owners were very excited to explain their farm and history and really what a treat since their really isn't a whole lotta coffee farms in CA! Highly recommend the experience for friends, family and group outings.

Great product, family business, very reasonable price…read more I have started to drink their matcha "ceremonial" green tea every morning with a drop of agave and a heavy splash of almond or soy milk and I feel alert and focused without getting that jumpy coffee feeling. Also, it's delicious. Their matcha blends use coconut sugar (produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut palm), which has a low glycemic index of 35 and lots of healthy minerals. The chai blend is quite good. TIP: They're on daily deal sites (Google, Saveology...) regularly so if you look around and wait for long enough, you'll find the deal and can try them out for a super good price.

I remember when the warehouse was off of wagon wheel and as a kid I thought my Dad had the most important job in the world. :) The salesmen and crew that my Father worked with have all retired now, they'd all been there over thirty years, my Dad was the first to leave, I think that says a lot about the company. The coffee is good and can be found in many donut shops and cafes in the County, they also sell other restaurant supplies such as ice tea, (love it!!) pancake batter, seasonings and they have a fabulous fajita seasoning that I use to marinate rib eye steaks in, yum so good. Thank you Farmer Brothers for providing my Father and his coworkers careers that would see them to retirement, I hope the next generation do their predecessors proud.
