They had so many different food options, Sandwiches, Pork, Hot Dogs, Empanadas, Gyros, and others. As Schmidt would say "This place is doing too much. They can't be doing all this right." But I decided to try The Bronx Sandwich and I'm so glad I did. The Bronx came loaded with Pastrami on Rye with Deli Mustard and a side of Dominican Potato Salad. It was amazing one of the top sandwiches I had ever had. Like I side it was loaded with Pastrami. It's hard to find a good NY Deli type sandwich in Florida but this is the spot. I always was amazing at how go the potato salad was. I think they used red potatoes because once mixed with the mayo and whatever else is in it made it look pink. But it tasted much better then red potatoes. Keep an eye out for this truck. I know I will and hoping they come back soon.

Luckily the 1 hour trip wasn't a total waste because we found Eato Chef!! It's right across from the beach (on the west side of the A1A but you can easily get food here and walk across the street to eat on the beach). As soon as you walk up, it has a bunch of park like tables, each one with jars of cookies/snacks, games like checkers/chess/jenga/etc., and magazines. There's only a few menu items, but the star is the pad thai!! It was one of the best pad thai I have ever had (even better than in Thailand)!!! It was so flavorful and my favorite was the cabbage and chives garnish. The spice level goes all the way up to 25, but be careful it gets really super spicy! I only got level 3 and it was quite spicy! I usually get 4 out of 5 at most Thai restaurants. The dumplings were deep fried (I usually like my dumplings pan fried) but that's ok because the filling was so delicious. The chef Mai Mai was so sweet and nice. She played a game of chess with my son and gave my daughter a mango popsicle after lunch. We would make the drive again just to eat here again! Totally worth it

Opening up a shop was a wonderful idea, if only they had one in Jacksonville ! The location is a little random, on the main road and right next to a cigar shop. The interior of the shop is small and simple. The only caveat is the smell of the cigars made it into the shop and there are no cakes inside. Yes there are seats outside but that's a whole other story. Will go back, especially since we bought the refillable cups!

And, well, my sons both have the facial fur thing going on, so the name got my attention as well! I stopped by for lunch today with one of my sons. We decided to order the Steak Wrap, the Murphy Chorizo Burrito, and an order of loaded Hash Rounds. Our food was ready in about 5 minutes! We brought it home to eat, but I have to tell you, the tantalizing aroma of all those spices and goodness was enough to make me want to rip open my box right there in the car! This is some of THE BEST food I've had anywhere in a long time! The grilled veggies (peppers & onions) were perfect-not too hard, not too soft (although personally I prefer mine a bit softer, I think the Bearded Chef has it just right, cooked to please almost anyone. The steak in my wrap was tender. Cheese oozed out of everything! My sons burrito was equally tasty with all sorts of flavors combining to make really an ultimate burrito. The Loaded Hash Rounds are plump fried mounds of potato (handmade) with chorizo sausage, cheese and topped with lime crema. Very pleased with the experience. 3) they have gluten free choices - nachos, gluten free bun and corn tortillas for tacos. We had chicken nachos which were great! Little heavy on tomatos for my liking and asked to hold sour cream and they also held the guac for some reason, but very nice portion of chips, plenty of chicken and the house queso is delicious. Also had the surf burger. This is a meal! Excellent flavor, moist burger. Only downside was the bottom gluten free bun fell apart while eating but this is a great burger. Plenty of inside and outside tables and a few surfboard high tops. Service available at the table or at the bar. Nice portion for shrimp cocktail appetizer.
