I walked to the order desk to be met by a very surly woman who doesn't greet you, doesn't smile, looks like she really wants to be somewhere else. I place my order, give her a tip and go and wait at pickup. I go over to the pickup area, and I wait. The person making the coffee put a drink out with a receipt, but didn't call out a name so I went over to read the receipt which says "server:" and the person's name. I don't know why they're calling the customer "server" but whatever. So I go back to wait, she calls my name. I go over and take the drink that she said was mine. I leave. I'm on the road. I start to drink my drink and it tastes like tepid milk. I take the top off. It's a cappuccino. Just one problem: I didn't order a cappuccino and if I had, I would've been really disappointed in this one because it was super weak. I don't even think a double shot would've helped. I make better cappuccinos at home. It's not even remotely hot. And there's barely a hint of coffee flavor. If this is what Saratoga considers great coffee they need to get out a little more.

Decent sized sitting area so easy to sit down and enjoy your food and coffee. They have only been open for a few months and I would definitely encourage people to stop for great coffee and food. They also have a decent amount of GF options which was surprising for a tiny town. We will definitely be back to stay at the hotel and eat at the cafe. Definitely worth the stop. This place is actually in Centennial, WY, about 10 minutes from Snowy Range Ski Resort.
