Traveling with 7 grandkids you know you are eventually ending up at a McDonalds. This McDonalds in Rawlins was packed. We find parking, clutch our grandchildren so they don't fly away in the epic winds that blow through Wyoming and make our way into the restaurant. We are fortunate to score a couple tables and place our orders at the kiosk. Food comes out rather quickly for some others not so quickly but eventually everyone has something in front of them. My wife and I opted for the 10 piece McNugget meal. It is okay, fries good and drink cold. Restrooms were clean as was the restaurant. Nothing stood out, just another visit to McDonalds. This location is worthy of 3 stars. read more

Food was ok and if everything else is closed the do what you must. But we waited in drive thru for 5 min and nobody helped us. We pulled around and there were 5 service people screwing around in back. They didn't help us we had to order from kiosk. Then when I look in the back they are throwing food at each other and none are wearing gloves while making food. They didn't make my quarter pounder right. They just threw on a few toppings. All but one ignored us with music up loud and chatting very loudly to each other. Ugh. read more

I haven't seen a more chaotic and busy McDonald's. There were 10 people ahead of me waiting for their orders. They appeared a little disorganized but we still got our order after 10 minutes. I appreciate that you can now order at one of those stations in the store as well as on their app. Our order was accurate, and fries were fresh. No issues with our meal or our cone. read more

The restaurant had a worker who was struggling. We asked three times if the order we placed was a meal, he said yes. The total rang up and it didn't seem like the order was right. Then, of course, the order was ready and there were not any fries or drinks with it. Luckily they gave us drinks and fries. But it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. read more

I know this is just a McDonald's, but isn't McDonald's just as American as anything that's American. And I had to do a review of it. It is brand new and cleaner then any McDonald's I've been too, now I'm not saying it'll stay that way but for the time being it is very clean. The play place is wonderful and has its own family bathroom,a toddler area, and things for older kids as well. Everything is updated and employees are great. I'm really impressed with the speed and technology they have. I sure hope the McDonald's around where I live updates like this. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, hands down. I don't know where to start. Every hand sanitizer was empty. The mens bathroom had the following things at the hand washing sink: Pubes, toilet paper, and an empty Coors light can. The ticket printer was jammed and printed out an unintelligible recipes with our order number total jibberish. The fries were brown so we asked for new ones. They were less brown, but covered in so much salt you couldn't eat them. Some of my chicken nuggets had their breading melded together to form a disgusting chicken McNugget super cluster. My wife's chicken sandwich was cooked, but had the consistency of something I have never eaten before. I can barely describe it, but whatever it was, it was not edible. Ten thumbs down. read more

Bathrooms were dirty. There was toilet papers and water all over the floor. There were more staff standing around talking then working.

Only one slice of cheese on my quarter pounder w/cheese, bathroom stall does not lock, no large lids at self service soda machine. Management needs to step up or GTFO. My order taker was quite polite and friendly, although she dropped several fries on the floor that was already quite littered with food waste. We stopped here on out way back to Casper. If I could rate negative stars, I would. This store is disgusting. The trashes are overflowing, the floor is nasty, there are flies everywhere, and dont get me started on the bathroom! It took us like 45 minutes to get a simple order. Behind the counter, there is ice cream and food ALL OVER THE FLOOR. The employees are also super rude. Their attitudes are awful. Rolling their eyes while waiting for people to run their cards. They ignore us when we try to ask for something like ketchup packets or our cup for our drink that they forgot. This place is gross. -5/5 stars. Do not recommend. read more

I stood waiting to order and an older woman next to me was waiting on her food. She gets my attention and says, "This is the SLOWEST McDonald's; they are always so terrible!" Then when the manager handed the woman her food, the woman said to her, "You people are so slow!" in an angry tone and stormed off. The manager awkwardly laughed and got back to work. I thought that was a little rude and uncessary of the other customer. Then I ordered and got my food. It wasn't slow for me but it was painfully disorganized and once I was given my order--with things missing--I was shuffled on my way and it took a lot of effort to get someone's attention so they could get me the rest of my order. read more

I have been traveling through Rawlins for years now. This McDonald's has been a regular stopping place on trips between Casper and Utah. This last visit has me rethinking if I want to continue stopping here. I was with my sister, brother-in-law and their 4 kids, 8 and under. We had gotten a late start so wanted to just drive through and eat on the road. We ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 McDoubles, and one bacon cheeseburger with no tomato, no ketchup. We ordered 3 drinks: a Sprite, a Dr Pepper and a Coke. The screen showed 3 Sprites along with the other 2 drinks. We corrected it before leaving the order area. The girl assured us she changed it but the confirmation screen did not come back up to show us. When we pulled up to pay we again asked about the drinks and again were assured that it had gotten fixed. When we pulled up to the pick-up window the first thing they handed out was 3 Sprites. Argh! We told them we had corrected this 2 times already. Then they handed out the other 2 drinks without any indication which drink was which. We got the burgers and I always check as I have an allergy to tomatoes. Not only did my burger have ketchup and have to be sent back but the other burgers that we got for the kids had mustard and or ketchup all over the wrappers. Now the kids are trying to eat in the car and already have a disadvantage to staying clean. One of the McDoubles only had one patty and one didn't have any cheese at all. We were asked to pull ahead while they remade my burger. There was no one behind us. We pulled ahead and they brought out a new burger and change for the drink mix-up (they had charged us for 3 Sprites) and after looking at the receipt found that they had not given us the correct amount for the drinks. By this time, we were fed up and just wanted to get back on the road. As I said, I am rethinking stopping here again the next time through. The staff does not clean whatsoever. We were there on a Wednesday at 2pm - not a busy time. The kids area had spilled ketchup on the floor , was not swept , and garbage cans all over the restaurant were over flowing . So disgusting. All teenagers seemed to be on shift (and plenty of them) yet nobody seemed to have the desire to pick up a broom or rag. Shame! read more

McDonalds is McDonalds but this one was clean and the first time I've had them give me a number so they actually bring out your food to you. Only disappointment was that even though it was not blacked out on their menu, they do not make any McCafe drinks. The woman at the register said it's because of the hard water in Rawlins and someone from Denver needs to come check it out. Today I bought 2 Southwest salads, 2 side salads, and 2 parfaits. I was very unhappy with my entire purchase. The parfaits were missing blueberries in both parfaits! You show blueberries on the menu and when I pay for it there aren't any! Wtf! The Southwest salads we're empty in the bowl and leaked all over my boyfriend's lap. How dare you charge $10.58 for empty bowls no salad and a skimpy piece of chicken...if you are in the Rawlins,wy area do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this McDonald's unless you like throwing money away then go for it!
