    Pepperoni pizza slice
    Smrithi S.

We stopped here for lunch here while in Grand Teton National Park. We weren't sure what we would get for lunch in Grand Teton National Park, this was a nice surprise. We each got a slice of pepperoni pizza and Chicken wings. The wings were okay, we were told it would include 6 pieces, we got more. The wings weren't crispy, and had too much sauce on them. The pepperoni pizza slice was good, I wish there were more pepperoni pieces. They have benches outside, it's a great spot to have lunch. They have ice cream, after lunch we got Haagen-Daz ice cream bars and were enjoying it outside when we spotted a bear crossing the parking lot towards us. Great experience.

YUM! SO GOOD. I definitely was not expecting to find a ton of choices and food around Grand Tetons given that we're in the wilderness with little access to choice. Definitely was not expecting something so fresh and flavorful. I would have to admit that I wasn't surprised regarding the decor / set up of the restaurant, but I didn't mind, given that there were a multitude of options for both meat-eaters and vegetarians. Since it was a family trip, my husband and I had to accommodate my vegetarian parents / sister, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating in making that happen. We ordered the garlic knots (not pictured because we had some hangry eaters in our midst), and the "Take me to the Marina" pizza with the chicken on the side. First off, I was not expecting such a sizeable pizza given that the location is remote - and because, as a touristy restaurant, I was expecting small portions for an exorbitant price. Glad to say that the pizza was HUGE and we were all able to stuff our faces to our tummy's content after having nothing but snacks all day and traipsing around the Tetons. We loved it so much - we took some to go because we didn't know what to expect with food choices at Yellowstone. :) The crust was the perfect amount of crispy and soft, the cheese on top was great, the pizza was not oily from the garlic butter, and the artichokes were plentiful! Would HIGHLY recommend going in - and taking some pizza to go so you're not left hangry the rest of your trip around the Tetons! :)

Onion & 1/2 sausage. Little sparse.

Best dining view in the entire area!…read more Our amazing ATV guide, Claude, told us we had to stop by Dornan's and we wouldn't regret it. He was right! We pulled up around 5pm and while it was busy (it always is) we found an indoor table against the glass with that incredible view. Starving we both ordered 12" pizzas. I stacked veggies on a NO CHEESE pizza and my hubby got the Static Peak, both with iced teas. The pizza was INCREDIBLE! The crust is delicious and fresh, so good! My veggie pizza was packed with fresh veggies and my hubby loved his Static Peak pizza too. We enjoyed taking our time and enjoying the view of the Tetons. After we were done we walked down to the water and watched the float trips go by and enjoyed the sound of the water. We loved our time and the view so much we returned for our very last night in Jackson Hole. This time we arrived closer to 6pm and the line was out the door. It moved so fast and we found a table for two on the roof this time. That view just cannot be beat. We sipped our iced teas, enjoyed our pizzas and soaked in the view - I got the Static Peak with no cheese this time and it was my favorite. EXTRA THOUGHTS *the 7" pizzas are NOT on their original crust, they come on thin crust. GET THE 12" for the original crust, it is incredible. *the staff isn't super friendly. The bartender was frustrated with a server and kept rolling his eyes. He huffed a little and made each person at the bar wait to order while he did menial things around the bar. When he finally helped get drinks (any drink you order with your food has to be fulfilled by the bartender) he was irritated and short. We offered grace, everyone has a bad day. *as other reviews have noted, the other staff aren't super friendly. Each of our two visits the person taking our order and the person delivering it were short and appeared to be frustrated to be working. It didn't changed our experience as we only interacted with them at order and delivery.

The line was across the restaurant, so I would recommend searching for a table while someone is ordering. We got a seat outside with the most beautiful view. The staff were pretty quick with clearing tables, so after we got seated, everything was cleared right away. We of course had to get the Bison Bolognese, which I think was my favorite. Unsure what bison is supposed to taste like, but it was yummy. And we had 3 of their specialty pizzas including the Mount Owen, The Grand, and Static Peak. All three were amazing, but the Grand was the favorite with the little sweetness from the pineapple. For drinks, there is a liquor store right by the entrance where you can purchase, and the staff at the restaurant will give you cups. So glad we were able to eat somewhere so close, and it was delicious with a great view!

Check the picture and any question why I am darn disappointed and more Oh how was the food, winter salad, Ricotta Gnocchi, Mussels, Lobster Linguine were all good, four stars good. The Salsiccia was way too salty... about 30' after we seated saw the neighbor get the pepperoni topped pizza, looked like Dominoes. Would I come back again, after the suns sets or make sure to bring your sunglasses, and hope you get an accommodating waiter

Glad we got in for an experience before it fully blows up into a major hot spot! The ambience is elite. As soon as you walk down the hall and inside, you feel as if you're entering a private and secluded hideaway. Its dimly lit and cozy while still feeling upscale. You'll forget you're on the mountain quickly because there's a pizzaiolo hand tossing dough right in view. Cocktails were on point, pasta was delicious and of course the pizza was excellent! I would make the trek to come back to Corsa for sure. Its also so beautiful inside, which is why its on the Opulist list so you'll have to come see for yourself. Its such a great spot!

The meat was cooked perfectly and served with a burgundy reduction on the side (there is a choice of sauce) and charred broccolini. I ordered mashed potatoes with it and got orzo in error, so then I was served a giant bowl of mashed potatoes that I really wish I could have finished. We had the cream of wild mushroom soup to start and it was amazing! My only beef is that they didn't have any fresh horseradish which should be a given with prime rib. The room is lovely - what you expect at the lodge - with an incredible view of the range and all the tables at the windows are 2-tops, so we lucked out. Our server was Leah and she was quite friendly and turns out she is close friends with Kyle who we had a great time with at the Pioneer Grill. She was also really sweet when we couldn't decide if we wanted another glass of wine, she offered to split us one and brought us 2 half glasses. They have different menus for lunch and dinner and saw they have butternut squash soup at lunch, which is my favorite. Hopefully we will be back at the lodge sometime and can try the lunch!

Dinner With a (Partially Obstructed) View…read more... Dining at the Mural Room is something of a rite of passage for many visitors staying at Jackson Lake Lodge, and I can certainly understand the appeal. The setting is iconic, the murals themselves are impressive, and the restaurant is clearly intended to be the signature dining experience within the lodge. Unfortunately, while we enjoyed aspects of our meal, the overall experience didn't quite justify the premium positioning or pricing. The food itself was generally well executed, although the portions/sides were on the weaker side. The trout was nicely prepared, and the whole roasted chicken was flavorful and satisfying. The kitchen appears capable of producing quality dishes, which made the children's menu somewhat puzzling. It consisted primarily of the usual suspects--burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. Given the number of families staying at Jackson Lake Lodge and the thoughtfulness displayed in options on the adult menu, I expected something a bit more creative or reflective of the region. Cocktails proved to be somewhat hit or miss. The Huckleberry Lemonade was interesting and enjoyable, and several of the house cocktails utilizing herb- and flower-infused spirits were unique and well executed. The bar program seems to shine most when leaning into creative, regional-inspired drinks that the bartender(s) can simply execute to menu. On the other hand, the more traditional cocktails we sampled, including a Manhattan and a Martini, were underwhelming and suggested that the bar is considerably stronger at crafting house specialties than executing classics or going "off menu". We did not sample dessert, so I can't comment on that aspect of the menu. Service landed squarely in the middle for me. It was good by the standards of many restaurants and certainly pleasant enough, but it felt a step below what I expected from a restaurant marketed as the flagship dining venue of a premier national park lodge. Similarly, while the murals and surrounding architecture remain impressive, guests dining in the evening should be aware that the window shades are often lowered to reduce sun glare, which substantially diminishes what many people likely envision as the marquee attraction: enjoying dinner while taking in unobstructed views of the Tetons. Pricing also felt ambitious relative to portion sizes. Nothing was egregious, but there was a persistent sense throughout the meal that the restaurant was asking guests to pay a premium for the setting and reputation as much as for the dining experience itself. Final Thoughts: The Mural Room might be worth experiencing once, particularly for guests staying at Jackson Lake Lodge or those interested in its history. The food is competently prepared, the setting remains memorable, and some of the more inventive cocktails are genuinely enjoyable. However, I'd encourage diners to calibrate expectations. In my view, the Mural Room succeeds more as an iconic lodge dining room and experience than as a destination restaurant. Further, I might point you to the nearby Heron Lounge for equivalent views and service as well as a more reasonably priced (and maybe more approachable) menu. -AC
