Upon entering with my trained service animal and informing the staff as such, I was asked for documentation or some paperwork to confirm it. I tried to explain the applicable federal law, but staff nevertheless refused to serve me and told me to leave. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are not required to wear a vest, harness, identification, certification, or other special equipment identifying them as service animals. Businesses may ask only two questions when the need for a service animal is not apparent: whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform. They may not invent additional requirements such as mandatory service-dog vests or certification paperwork. My service animal was under my control and was not disruptive, aggressive, or creating a legitimate safety issue. The reasons given for refusing service were that I did not have paperwork proving the service animal status.. People with disabilities should not have to argue federal disability law at the entrance of a restaurant simply to receive the same service offered to everyone else. I hope management takes this seriously, educates its staff on the ADA's service-animal requirements, and corrects its policies so another service-animal handler does not encounter the same treatment.

The cheese fell off the crust and was like slime. The entire restaurant, the patio, floors, and indoors were so dirty. There was trash everywhere on the floors and the trash cans were piled high with garbage. The cashier was not very efficient and didn't know some questions about the restaurant when asked. Overall, I can't recommend this establishment. We will be trying the Mexican food restaurant across the street tomorrow.

We split an amazing charcuterie board (probably the best thing on their menu), the lamb lollipops (man, that chimichurri is on another level!), and a couple of cocktails, and had a wonderful experience. Our server wasn't quite as charming (Hudson was engaged with other tables nearby, to our chagrin), and our meals not quite as enchanting (still good, but lacking a little something), but by no means wasn't a bad experience whatsoever. For specifics: my wife's wild mushroom pasta, to which she added some grilled shrimp, was really great...but would have been less so without the added shrimp: too small of a portion, and no significant source of protein or substance - just a plate of noodles and fungus. You get what you get and won't have an opportunity to fix it. Quality: go ahead and roll the dice. My son ordered a smash burger the first visit and it was to order. We both ordered one on our second visit and both were missing lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Oddly, mine came out on two bottom buns. Again, given their service, you have suck it up because nobody will fix it. I saw a fairly decent sized man order a steak next to me and he only ate a few bites,,,that told me all I needed to know about that 50 buck entree. Pricing: it is expensive for what you get, but, relative toward other options in the area, it isn't horrible. Stick to the cheaper options and roll with the punches. Hope this helps!

Breakfast review!…read more So happy we found this spot. A lot of the places making our way down from West Yellowstone were closed. The lady that sat us and took our order was very nice and had great customer service. Started out with drinks, coffee was solid. We ordered; breakfast platter, Denver omelette, French toast plate, and an order of single pancake and extra bacon. I personally had the French toast plate. It was pretty good, but definitely needed to add syrup. I usually have more of a cinnamoney French toast. The biscuit that came with the Denver omelette was delicious. Had a lot of space and actually pretty good for large parties. Bathrooms are super clean and they have baby changing station.
