I'm not sure if they bake these in house, but whoever bakes them deserves an award. These were some fantastic pastries. Their bagels are a standout. Crispy on the outside and really soft on on the inside. The Jalapeño cheddar bagel was amazing. I also loved their Pesto tomato danish, the orange cardamom muffin, and jalapeño cheddar scone. The scones were not dry at all and had such a good texture and flavor. Thump Coffee is great!

I wanted to get a t shirt and was happy to see they had a great selection of merchandise. I didn't need another coffee, but succumbed to an oat milk latte while I was checking out. It's been awhile since I've had coffee from here and I had forgotten how delicious and potent it was! Perfection every time and always friendly service. The shop is very aesthetic with natural light, murals and local artwork. If you're opposed to driving all the way to sisters, this location is a great way to get your fix from the comfort of town.

I think I've ever had. Definitely a nice surprise and a good way to start the day. I was sipping on it for a while because I didn't wanna down it all at once and just wanted to enjoy it. It's such a cute little spot, in what seems like an old home. The high ceilings just add to the coziness with greens and local art. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. The coffee bar was staffed with friendly people. I had a giant jar of black iced cold brew, my favorite on a cool but sunny day. Prices are reasonable. They have a restroom, WiFi, and outlooks and seemed many were enjoying using it as an office.

It was an unseasonably cool summer day when I dropped by, seeking espresso, it's my personal bar of how to rate coffee shops. Still Vibrato did not disappoint. Any decent shop worth their.. coffee.. will have at least two espresso choices on the bar on a given day, and this was the case here, a house blend and a pink bourbon single origin. I asked for one of each with a sparkling water chaser. Moving to the table, I sampled both after a sip of the sparkling water. Both were perfectly pulled, no bitterness or sourness, and both tasted great for what they sought to do: body and subtle fruit with primarily roast notes for the blend, and crisp acidity and brightness for the blend with a good citrus bite. While I didn't have any food, the vegan and gluten free options were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want some straight up 'spro, this place will make you happy.

This thing was friggin bomb, I walked 45 minutes across Bend to get here and then probably drink that thing in 10 minutes before I ever made it back to my room. You really can't beat the ambience in downtown Bend, very pretty in a very cool place to walk around in. The outside seating area at this coffee shop blew my mind. You're on a grassy hill overlooking the river and on the other side of the river there's deer walking by.... Gonna say I might need to move here.

I dropped in on a fairly busy Saturday morning, and awaited my turn in line. Upon getting to the counter, I was pleased to see there were two offering, their Ridgeline blend, and a single origin. As I always do, I selected a doppio of each with a sparkling water chaser The cups were both very good. The blend was smooth, with more of an expected chocolate and nutty overtone, and the single origin (Ethiopia, I believe) was definitely more of a lighter, fruitier offering with higher acidity and a little less body, but making up for it with that fruity punch. The cafe itself was definitely kind of loud, being of the industrial, open design and a lot of customers, but it's a big enough space to be airy and didn't feel closed in. The roastery is in an adjacent room, and I got to watch them bagging some coffee as I drank mine. It was a good visit, definitely worth it if you're into espresso.
