    Puff Pastry with lobster

Greeted and seated quickly. Met Bill our server who was phenomenal! My husband had an Atlantic Brewery Blueberry Ale and I had a Wonderland Margarita. (A very well made tasty drink!) We ordered a puff pastry with lobster for an appetizer. Then I had the mescaline greens salad with lobster added. Incredible! Many flavors. My husband had the stuffed baked haddock. It was really good too. We were once again pleased with the food and the atmosphere here.

Amazing food from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Amy, Willow and Remi was outstanding can't say enough what a good time we have eating there over the summer.

    Mussels with an excellent broth.

Excellent service and food. During our vacation here, we order mussels every time we go out. Drydock has the best mussels we have found in the area!

I had a little anxiety because my in-laws and I tried going to Beal's for dinner and the wait was like 1.5 hours. We drove around for an alternate restaurant. Though everything seemed closed because of COVID, Cafe Drydock was luckily open. I'm usually skeptical about hotel or motel restaurant food, but we had a great experience here. We started with bacon-wrapped scallops and boursin-stuffed mushroom caps. Reminds me of my catering days. We could split both dishes perfectly amongst those of us who wanted to try. Because we consumed so much lobster that week, no one ordered seafood. I got the tenderloin tips gorgonzola. Hooray for red meat and cheese! Service was fantastic, and I never ran out of prosecco in my glass. What a cute and quaint spot. I'd be curious to stay at the inn. We ended up going to Beal's the next day for lunch. Turns out we needed a quiet evening anyways. Cafe Drydock has patio seating... in the future I'd request a table NOT in direct sunlight. Otherwise we had a blast.

The service was excellent and nice. But we went at a crowded time (so it was quite loud) and the food seemed a bit rushed. The brussel sprouts were outstanding and garlicky like the best ever. But the scallops were a bit overcooked and their flavor buried in a thick sauce. The bread at the beginning was also rlly good. Also the crab cakes were tasty but had a lot of breading

    Crispy haddock - good

Breakfast was incredible! Steak omelette with the best breakfast potatoes we've ever had, and french toast with raspberry compote.

They were super jealous of our cabin and we definitely cannot blame them! A few nights were super chilly and the heat really made the cabin so cozy. The couple who runs these cottages are so nice and accommodating. It's the perfect location to enjoy the quiet side of Acadia. The shops and restaurants in southwest harbor are so close you could walk back to your cottage.

It was the most luxurious place I'd ever stayed! Tucked off the main street in Southwest Harbor, this is a quiet little spot with well maintained grounds and amazingly organized cabins. Top notch bed and pillows. It's about a twenty minute drive to Bar Harbor, but it's easy and quick once you get the feeling of the layout. The "office" has extra swimming towels, movies, and books about Acadia. It's really awesome how the owners, Tom and Vickie, care about their customers. A downside was barely seeing the owners! We went in during their office hours but didn't see them. We received an invoice, and I was sad to not chat within our 48 hours of staying there. The 10am check out also was pretty brutal. You also clean your own cabin, which is okay, but we made breakfast and tea- doing dishes while packing up and paying the expensive price before 10? That was not great. It's pricey here, but it's so luxurious and beautiful, it's worth the splurge.

Everything about Harbour Cottage Inn from start to finish was perfect. The check-in was seamless and I was greeted warmly while being shown around the property. My room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed and soft linens. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and the shower had ample water pressure. I appreciated all of the little touches from the afternoon sweet treats in the common area to the thoughtful breakfast dishes. I appreciated the endless supply of coffee and the fresh lemon water. It was wonderful to sit and enjoy breakfast on the patio as well as an evening meal when the dining area turned into the Bowspirit. All of the meals were absolutely phenomenal and some of the best I had while visiting Maine. I would not hesitate to come back and stay here again. Preferably sooner rather than later!
