Ezra made the experience feel surprisingly personal, ensuring everything was taken care of and somehow always appearing at the right moment to refill my water before I even thought to ask. I was the VIP for my hour visit. That level of attentiveness is rare. The coffee was exceptional. My mocha latte with an extra shot was perfectly balanced--rich espresso, smooth texture, and just the right amount of chocolate without overpowering the coffee. Damian was absolutely working magic with the portafilter and steam wand. Every drink coming out looked like it belonged in a specialty coffee magazine. The pastry case deserves its own mention. It was filled with an impressive assortment of sinfully tempting baked goods, and judging by what I saw coming out of the kitchen, there isn't a bad choice on the menu. A coffee shop with a huge selection of books. It reminds me of wandering through a Powells bookstore in Portland. We came to see this vision and were just blown away. The writers block was encouraging and inspiring. The employees here emphasized kindness and compassion. The store design is truly magical. It's something that needs to be shared and appreciated. Its actually pretty easy to find just drive north up the strip and follow the signs to the Arts District which is also a pretty great area to check out before you leave town. Vesta is a coffee shop & roaster which you know usually means great coffee and Vesta definitely delivers on that. I ordered a Flat White and my Son had the Vanilla Cardamom Iced Latte. Both drinks were deliciously creamy and the latte was especially flavorful. We did not order food but everything looked amazing. The shop is pretty good sized with plenty of tables and is open to the roasting room so you can watch and even ask questions. The staff was very friendly and pumped out drinks to the busy shop quickly. There is a small parking lot and ample street parking.

Though I have yet to spend an extended amount of time here, the location itself is really beautiful inside. I love all the greenery and plants all over. The service was quick as there was only one person ahead of me. I have grown to love the quality of Bungalow Coffee even more over the years, as I work many conventions and special events and I've have had the pleasure of seeing Bungalow Coffee being served by their baristas, and they really know a thing a or two about making a good coffee or matcha latte. Give them a try, and even if you're not big on rosemary (like myself) you just might be pleasantly surprised by their spin on a rosemary latte.

Yes, I can dig it…read more Dig It! Coffee is the latest cafe to sit on the southwest corner of Colorado and Casino Center. I happened to find an open parking spot during the free weekday lunch parking period today and had enough time after brunch to stop in. The music and employees seemed easygoing and the various mostly lone patrons kept to themselves. I didn't see anything especially captivating on the March drinks of the month list or the latte menu, so I stuck to one of my default orders, the Nitro Cold Brew ($6.25 for the large 20 oz size). The barista pulled it quickly enough as it wasn't busy, and I took it along with me as I left. The nitro cold brew here is a very potent and smooth beverage. It's roasty, maybe a touch acidic, but not popping off with fruity notes like some other roasters seem to favor. Almost as importantly, they didn't put any ice in the cup, adding value and reducing dilution. If I'm out and about in the Arts District and want a nitro cold brew, I'll definitely keep Dig It! in mind. Even with other great coffee spots nearby, I would consider coming back here.
