The main guy in the kichen - my man Carlos!! - has so much charisma. Before I even had time to fully look at the menu, he handed me a small sample of their soup of the day. It was warm, flavorful, and honestly so delicious that I was instantly sold! I am not even vegan, but the food completely won me over. Everything tasted fresh, nourishing, and thoughtfully made. I ordered more than I planned to, and I have to admit something funny. I do not have a single picture of what I ate or drank because I literally gulped it down so fast. It was that good. The only photo I managed to take was of the enchiladas, the menu, and of course; Carlos! Everything else disappeared before I even thought about my phone. They also made me a freshly squeezed orange juice, and I watched them use actual oranges right there. No fake juice, no concentrate, just real oranges being squeezed. It tasted fresh and clean. On top of all that, the prices are very reasonable. It feels good to eat something that is both healthy and affordable. The store side is just as charming, with shelves full of natural supplements, spices, snacks, drinks, and little treasures you did not know you needed. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have customers walk through the door. It ended up being such a fun and unexpected experience for me. I walked in out of curiosity and left with a full stomach and a big smile. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or none of the above, I truly recommend stopping by and supporting this spot.
