I wish I was here for a few more days to explore the rest of the menu (flaming halloumi drizzled in honey!). For today I had the bruschetta flatbread (cherry tomatoes, Parmesian, balsamic reduction) - delicious. The flatbread was outstanding. Followed by seafood paella, also delicious. All paired with their house Italian red, a slightly bold but classically dry Italian wine. It all fit perfectly. Only regret is... no room for dessert. The flatbread is definitely fit for two... I'm looking forward to coming back. It'll be a while, probably won't be in Kanata for at least a few months, but Via Marzo is top of my list when I'm back. And next time... dessert!
