Although I live in Annandale I never got to try cafe tuah until recently! We came around 9:30ish on a Saturday and it wasn't really busy. It's more of a later night time busy with the bar and karaoke rooms. The bartenders were responsive and nice. Drinks were as expected and I was very surprised by the food! Definitely bar food taken to the next level. The wings are saucy with hint of spicy and sweet. I would definitely come back to get the wings again for takeout or just to eat lol. The bulgogi fries were delicious and had lots of fillers so each bite has something of everything. Thank you for the hospitality!

I been here enough times to say that Cafe Tu Ah is a staple in the Annandale community. It's here to stay and I don't think they will be going anywhere anytime soon. This place is decorated with so much cool shades of purple and red.. feels like you just walked into a night club or so. It does get to be like that on weekends. I think the crowd here is a bit older since it's been around before Annandale became popular for being a hub for everything Korean. I'm just going to say it right now, I personally don't think the prices for alcohol are worth the money but it's not like you are also forced to buy it too. Pregame if you really need your fix of alcohol but please do not drink and drive if you drink a lot. The karaoke rooms are actually great. In my experience, alot more consist when it came to the songs being able to load. My biggest issue with karaoke places is that songs wouldn't even load, due to bandwidth which can hamper an experience. This is a plus for me. You have a touch screen to select for YouTube videos if you can't find the song you want or an easier way to select the songs you want to sing, or you can go through their catalogue which is a bit confusing. I just stuck with the YouTube option as it's easier for me to load and queue songs. If there's anything I should add, please do not get the room closest to the front. You would probably hate that you can hear the louder music unless you turn the volume up to hear yourself/the tv better. It's a good time with a group of people. I suggest if you do go, always stick with them. I haven't met anyone that weirded me out here but my experience have been good, so far.

The decor is soo nice compared to the people who actually come for bar karaoke--almost too nice for the drunk vibes. The rooms are really small and lack ventilation, so doing karaoke was a bit difficult. The tables were sticky and it felt a little unclean, but the price is decent enough. It seemed like people get really lit with karaoke, so it could be fun.

What a cool little spot. I've never been to a karaoke place so I really enjoyed my time here with my friends. Was a little unsure on pricing but was told it's average of the area. They had an English translation of the remote and had a large number of songs for us to sing. We had a blast and will deff be back

Absolutely fun spacious karaoke bar, offers variety food and drinks! Great price for the hourly room rate. The place is limited on room! Definitely a hidden gem

Nothing like K-Pop to top off my east coast adventure.

The atmosphere is great for socializing, though it can get pretty loud on weekends. Service is fast and friendly. Food is hit or miss. Most of the smaller dishes are decent, but some feel overpriced. We took one for the team and can report that the $9 corn cheese was incredibly mid. The khanpoong chicken is the only main meal worth it to us. A Korean friend also recommended the bossam and skewers, and I'd agree the skewers are worth ordering. Donkatsu was okay, and the kikurage was good but probably only good bc I got the sauce on the side. Overall, a good late-night hangout spot, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way for the food.

The interior is pretty big with two floors available for seating. The music was loud and most parties were there for the drinks and late-night vibes. CHARCOALED GRILLED CHICKEN - 23 There were more rice cakes than there were chicken. The sauce was spicy and savory, but nothing memorable. Chicken was cut into small pieces, so it tasted a bit dry. The rice cakes had a weird texture I didn't like. Meh. SEAFOOD PANCAKE - 18 Pretty soggy and not a lot of seafood (maybe one bite of seafood per piece). It tasted fine, but not worth it for the price. The food was just okay -- we can definitely find better seafood pancakes and rice cakes at other Korean restaurants nearby. Probably a great spot if you're drunk though.

Security Guards were noticeable and polite. Drinks $15. Perrier, sparkling water $7. I did not order any food. I came here to see Charlie Aponte from Puerto Rican Power and he put on an absolutely amazing show. He has a great voice, tons of energy and danced the entire time. He's someone's grandpa and he was straight fire!!! They had three sections, and three different ticket prices . Seated or VIP tables in the front, semi-VIP which was standing behind the VIP, and then general admission, more standing in the back. There's even more seating areas by the first bar when you first enter. The venue is not bad. I've been coming to Diamond Lounge since forever. Great space for dancing. They play mostly Latin music like salsa, merengue, bachata. The crowd and environment totally depends upon who they're catering to. I've never had any problems because I usually go for special events, live concerts, etc. Plenty of bands and singers perform here and come from many places like Cuba, NY, Puerto Rico, DR, etc. Sometimes local Go-Go bands have shows here as well. The AC could be improved. It can get pretty warm in there. Bottome line, Diamond Lounge could use some upgrades, but overall I haven't had any issues.
