I'm not from the area and was craving a good matcha, so my cousin brought me to Cafecito. I was expecting a small, typical café, but I was pleasantly surprised. The space is much larger than I expected, with several cozy seating areas that give it a warm, homey feel. The boho-inspired décor and unique aesthetic make it such a relaxing place to spend time. I ordered the lavender matcha with vanilla cold foam, and I really enjoyed it. I also tried the avocado toast, which was simple but fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is so inviting that my cousin and I made ourselves comfortable in one of the seating areas and enjoyed a long conversation. It's the kind of place where you can truly relax and unwind. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm visiting Yuma! I recommend!

Their indoor and outdoor space is inviting, artsy and just downright cute. Their outdoor garden space is a dream backyard to share time and coffee with people you care about or curl up and read a book ( and when it's sweltering hot in Yuma... you can still go do under a tiki hut or shaded spot. Their inside space is just as cozy with cute art and inviting seating. A cute space is nice but when you add darn good coffee/ lattes and nice staff... now you have it going on. While I didn't order food, I did have some food envy watching the orders of food come out. Also- this place also has a full bar. Open till 3pm. Pet friendly. Ample parking. Also super cool story of the love and building of community of this place adds to the charm and good energy (read the story on their website). This is a stop when you are in Yuma. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful day to come across this amazing place! Even though it's hot outside the cool breeze and shade of the courtyard makes it feel pleasant and peaceful. I tried two handmade drinks, one is my go to Dirty Chai, and a local concoction, The Tuma Float Down... both iced (of course). The were delicious. The staff was friendly, informative, and the place was clean and inviting. Filled with lots of seating areas, both open and private where folks could sit, share, work or read. Art from local artists hangs from almost any open wall space. This was a great place to relax and recharge.

Vibes, vibes, vibes!!! Place is super cool and big. It has multiple rooms inside you can hang out in and work out of if needed. Also the outside patio area is super nice as well. Also yes the coffee is top tier, plus the service and baked goods are amazing! I will be back again 100%

First timers here and the service was very friendly. The food was ok, not a huge menu for food but I do have a photo of what they offer below. And, the ambiance while a bit loud it is a super cute place. I do like how they have it set up inside and out. Very cosy. I can see why it gets so busy.

Love Cafecito, the ambiance and the food! It's a must visit when coming to Yuma ---fresh bowl: a yummy acai bowl, has a great after taste of cardamom, maybe from the granola ---el changito: banana brulee toast, cant go wrong, the sugar layer was great not too much. Will have to try other toasts! ---pistachio cookie: great but the frosting was a little too much, would be great without the frosting So much seating inside, different areas and rooms plus outdoor seating

Visiting my wife's sister and nephew took us to this great place in the center of downtown. Fantastic outside sitting area with lots greenery to where enjoy your coffee, a beverage or food. If I lived here I'd be here consistently just to listen to the classic rock music and ambiance. The tables and plants around the property just make this place a fun hangout. Ordered the Corchata and others the cold brew and acai bowl. The menu showed some very unique and interesting breakfast items. All of us were happy with our order. The Corchata isn't too sweet but if you want sweet the most popular order is the Mocha drink What a neat place! I wish this place was in San Diego!

What a cute find! This coffee shop has such a charming interior--thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. We were especially surprised by the unexpected backspace, which adds even more to its unique vibe. We enjoyed two iced mochas and a horchata to go. All the drinks were good but not great. I only wish we had more time to sit and soak in the atmosphere; it's definitely the kind of place you want to linger. We didn't get a chance to try the food, but we'll definitely be back next time we're in Yuma to give it a try!

Came here with a party of five on a Sunday morning. Ambiance Super cute spot with a ton of color that incorporates local culture really well. I would have never imagined such a charming café in Yuma! Food The menu is small, which made it much easier for someone like me who has decision anxiety. Chorchata - I asked for the most popular drink, and this was the cashier's recommendation. It's very sweet, but I enjoyed it! It was exactly what I needed on a sleepy Sunday morning. Avocado Toast - Tasty! It's just one piece of toast, but I really liked all the toppings they included. Brûlée Banana Toast - Also good, and I appreciated that they offer different nut butter options. Service Very friendly and welcoming! Overall I would definitely come back--such a cute little spot in Yuma!

Cafecito is an essential coffee shop to have at #1 on your Yuma list. The ambience of this place is amazing. They have such a quirky and cool vibe. And when it's patio weather, there's no better place to be than here on a Saturday morning. They have a wonderful business model and do amazing things for the Yuma community. How can you go wrong?! They recently had an open mic event held by the local high school students. The outdoor patio was brimming with artistic vibing. We didn't stay but the lounge areas were inviting, and the vibe was overall friendly. Another visit in the near future is definitely in order!

Stopped here after getting a recommendation from a local friend! The cafe is in the historic north end, not far from some good shopping spots and food. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in, but I was really into the decor and loved the incorporation of vintage couches and kitchen appliances! It was nice to be somewhere that wasn't beige and it felt homey and cozy. Maximalism without being cluttered. There's lot of seating and places for quiet conversation. I tried the iced Corchata off of the coffee menu and almost got the El Changito when I saw a chef step out and brûlée the sugar on the toast! Noticed they also serve alcohol. So tempting. I'm definitely coming back here! Baristas were super kind and helpful with my drink questions. And I had fun exploring the outdoor patio which is ENORMOUS!

Amazing ambience, smiles from the staff, delicious coffee, a fun menu of snacks and free Wi-Fi! I stumbled upon this place while waiting to charge at the Tesla supercharger. Yelp's location on the map and address are wrong. Apparently this place has moved and Yelp has not updated it. It's right on main Street and stretches into the back alley. read more

While on a cross country road trip we found this little gem in Yuma. So much charming personality would be happy to sit on their eclectic patio for hours. The basic bee coffee with honey and lavender was delicious as was the avocado toast! Definitely worth a stop! read more

Wanted to find a place to get the best coffee in Yuma and saw this was rated 5 stars. We're so glad we checked it out, the back patio is so fun with the cacti and private seating areas and unique decor, ample seating, and misting spray to keep you cool. Then you go inside and it's the best coffee you ever had. Original flavors and talent that can only come from the passion to create and inspire. The music room was incredible, stocked with every kind of guitar, a piano and drums.. an amp, records, etc.. inviting everyone to play! We had our own little jam session, it was fun. There's also a front room with a ton of indoor seating probably great for air conditioned study time as it looked like many people were doing just that! You really have to go and see for yourself- this place is a gem! read more

What an amazing and wonderful place if you ever are thirsty or hungry please stop by at casasito's and get the loaded avocado toast. It was delicious mouth-watering and profoundly delicious. It is downtown Yuma Arizona and spit in the bluesy room over there where they have guitars on the wall. Once again what delicious drinks they have as well as food. Thank you guys for making my first experience wonderful in your coffee shop. read more

THE CUTEST LITTLE COFFEE SHOP IVE EVER SEEN. While in town for work I stopped by since this was close to my hotel. So happy I did, it was so cute and had such a wonderful and chill vibe. I had a delicious pour over coffee and the Saturday Morning Overnight Oats while sitting and reading before heading off to work. They have inside and outside seating and a variety of drink options and some solid food options such as various avocado toasts, overnight oats, and açaí bowls. A dream for my healthy breakfast loving self. I received my coffee and Oats quickly, both were delicious. The bowl was full of fruit and very filling and fresh. The coffee was robust and brewed well making the need for cream nonexistent. Well worth a stop if passing through or living in Yuma. I wish I could take this coffee shop back home with me! read more

The coffeehouse have a very quaint and likeable nature in its location. The small house structure creates a warm, inviting welcome as you come to the counter to order. If you find a spot in the limited seating inside you'll feel the coziness of this small café. If you have to sit outside, cool blankets are provided in the case that you visit during a surprisingly cool day, rare in Yuma, but still. On to the coffee, the espresso wasn't as strong as I typically enjoy it, but the pour over that my brother enjoyed was full-bodied with an earthly taste with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Their "cafecito" acai bowl was very, very good and did not have the sweet taste of a normal acai bowl, but rather seemed infused with coffee. It was quite the boost for me. Although I've only visited them on colder days, I anticipate my visits during warmer climate, if and when I do make my way back around Yuma. read more

Great breakfast spot! Ordered the Cafecito Bowl and Chai latte. What a treat! After ordering at the front, find a seat in their cute back patio and wait until your name is called. The Bowl was probably one of the best (if not THE best) açaí bowl I've consumed. They have a cold brew/ peanut butter topping that is soooo good. Will definitely return next time I go through Yuma! read more

Clear five star spot. The cold brew (plain) is too notch, this coming from a coffee aficionado. I live in spot that have very high quality cafe's and cafecito's cold brew holds up. Not bitter at all - you can slam it. I got the cafecito bowl without coconut, and it's very delicious. Super fresh and just tasty. Nice to be able to get some fresh fruits and tasty food while I'm out here! read more

Yummy coffee in a cute location. I've only been here twice during the past year. Once when I was new to Yuma and right before the pandemic hit. I returned this past Monday, they have a window where you can order and then when your coffee and/or food is ready, they bring it out to you. I love supporting local businesses and this is definitely worth the visit. I ordered the cafecito mocha, and was happy that they offered a variety of dairy-free milks. The coffee is smooth and doesn't have that bitter burned taste that I've experienced in other coffee drinks at other places. If you're in downtown Yuma, go check it out. read more

It's a coffee oasis in a desert town on the banks of the Colorado River. I enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere that sparks your imagination with every sip of their jive Joe leaving Starbuckians in the dust of sterile corporate facades. This brew enclave is the real deal and people know it. The workers seem a bit miffed smiles are hard to find but I can't blame them they would rather be on the other side of the counter. read more

This place is pretty awesome! Tiny little place in Yuma that serves different food than what you normally see in Yuma! I ordered something light for lunch, so I got the "Avocado Everything!" It has Avocado, Goat Cheese, sesame seeds, cherry tomatoes topped off with balsamic vinegar!! Pretty BOMB If you want the truth, can definitely taste the different layers of ingredients! Lastly I washed it down with a "Corchata!" Half coffee/ half Horchata!! cool little place if your passing through Yuma and you want something light! read more

Such an imaginative menu, I had the Cafecito Bowl with the Cafecito Mocha and they were wonderfully delicious! I wish that I had time to try everything on the menu. I returned the following afternoon and had a Yuma Float Down with cold brew and root beer, oddly refreshing. If you are ever in the areas don't miss this little gem, it's near the Ocean to Ocean Highway Bridge. Outdoor seating only. read more

This was our first time to try Cafecito! We came for the avocado toast with everything!! Wow! It was yummy. Toast topped with avocado, seeds, cherry tomatoes & goat cheese with a balsamic glaze! It was awesome! Didn't get a coffee this time but looking forward to it! They have a darling back patio & side patio areas. The building is just darling! So great to support local businesses. This place is SO CUTE! Every staff person was kind and sincere and real. The food and drinks came out so quickly, and on beautiful ceramic dishes. We got a flat white w oat milk, a cafecito mocha w oat milk, and a Strawberry Goat Toast ~ all were EXTREMELY delicious and beautifully presented. The cafe has lots of indoor nooks and crannies for you to hide in, and the outdoor space is even better. The eccentric dollop of succulents planted into old, every day items makes every place you look an adventure. Highly recommend this café in little old downtown Yuma! read more

Super cute café Decent selection of drinks - I tried the cold brew café mocha and it is delicious! They did no ice when I requested :) I was there in October - they had a special toast with cream cheese, pumpkin butter, pecans and pumpkin seeds - amazing! A must try. Really friendly staff. Outdoor seating and a few parking spots on the street. I had no trouble with parking at 830 on Saturday morning and they had my order ready in minutes read more

Ethereal place-into another dimension. So stylish, and sweet! Understated glam with a dash of quality vintage kitsch! Nice folks. Fun art and wonderful garden. Super precious. Good coffee. Specialties

At cafecito we put an emphasis on community. We encourage guests to mingle with their neighbors, slow down, and take in their surroundings. Providing a memorable experience is our goal. We specialize in cold brewed draft coffee, locally roasted espresso, and tasty breakfast bites featuring local produce.

History

Established in 2015.

Cafecito started out small, in a little travel trailer that we spent weekends remodeling. The end goal was always to have a store front where people could come and enjoy a good cup of coffee and share an experience. It took many years of hard work and dedication to the goal and as of April 1st 2019 we arrived at the finished product and that is what the community gets to enjoy today!

Another ordered a diet plate of some sort with cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes and was especially happy. A new item on the menu appealed to another. Louisiana shrimp skillet. Was flavorful, and those who tasted the nice portion of shrimp agreed that it was surprisingly delicious. The side, dishes of okra, and greens are always favorites. All of us commented on the new menu. Although we missed the old format, this one is easier to hold, and the print is bold enough that you're not needing to use your flashlight if you're older like we are. We are thankful that the menu has the old favorites, something new and that Cracker Barrel values its customers. It's such a nice thing to be able to travel and dine at any location and feel like your unfamiliar surroundings. But I wonder why is that there are so many locals who freely admit that they have never yet dined here? One maintenance issue... the latch on the ladies handicap stall door is STILL needing to be fixed! One issue with our visit. Not once were we offered refills on beverages.

This is my go to coffee stop in the morning when in Yuma. Their Mocha - made with Mexican chocolate, cinnamon, and honey, I think - is my Yuma flavor....and I'm not normally a mocha guy, usually I go for a dark roast black eye. They have a pretty short menu, but they do it all well. I stick with the avocado toast, tomato variety. Avocado is spread on thick and fresh and the flavor combo is perfect.
