The staff were very friendly, however when we got ready to pay, the waitress mentioned cash only, however as we got up to leave we saw another table with a larger group of people paying with a card. It's one of the most cultured and diverse coffee menus I've seen. Beats Starbucks any day. I've tried about six different coffees and I loved them all. Not a bad brew to taste! They also have the most delicious pastries! Everyday before we walked the beach we grabbed a coffee and either a croissant or a danish. Very fluffy and fresh! Craving something sweet? Stop by in the morning and get fresh donuts or in the afternoon and evening for cookies, macaroons, cupcakes and sweet cakes. They also have fruit juices, yogurts and other refrigerated treats at all times. Take any or all of it to go! You can also have a seat with a date and enjoy it in house. I'm very used to the laid back serving approach here in Mexico, but alas I wasn't greeted warmly or even asked if I'd like to place an order. No big deal! i went to the front and ordered, and was then provided with a delicious salmon benedict, latte, sweetbread and delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice. All in all, the food was fabulous, but the service and feeling as I was being tolerated, not welcomed served soured my trip to this cafe. I'm unlikely to return, but i'm sure you'd be welcomed if you fit a certain aesthetic!
