They're happy to guide you, answer any questions you have as well as let you explore. They have some of if not the best whole sale prices I've come across in the valley, maybe even all of Los Angeles. Great premium cigars, accessories and more. A lot of cigar folks gather in front with their patio chair and table overlooking Lankershim. They have a huge selection as well as a backroom lounge. Open until 9pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturday they stay opened until 10pm. Sundays there hour are from Noon to 8pm There's Wi-Fi, a flat screen in the lounge, plus a fair amount of tables and chairs. My name is Joe Farr from Studio City and I have been frequenting this Smoke-shop for over 3 Years, making quick friends with the PREVIOUS OWNERS. But, there is New Management (operating only in CASH?) -that does NOT FURNISH receipts UNLESS BEGGED FOR- (or collect taxes for Our City, County and State taxes). The new Owners look like, act like, and TALK a lot LIKE stereotype "GANGSTERS". They make Me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Here's INE EXAMPLE: Yesterday I bought something I cannot use, and I asked for a receipt. I received a handwritten illegible piece of Paper instead. Today I needed to EXCHANGE this new Glass component FOR ANOTHER because it did not fit. "Tay-Tay" refused any exchange. I dont want a refund. I was HAPPY with this STORE... not now!!! read more

Literally the best smoke shop I have ever been to (I don't know much about smoke shops buuuut) ... going in there makes you forget you came to buy something. Everyone is so funny, straightforward and more about making sure you get what's suitable for you versus trying to sell you sh*t. It's like a little family. They actually went to bat for me with another shop owner that overcharged me & completely ripped me off because the unit was defective. They personally went & had it swapped out. - They're all really bourgeois & they talk a lot of sh*t lol but they're good dudes with great prices, good hearts and great energy. The guys asked me to go on yelp and give my honest opinion about this establishment. Amazing workers that are dedicated to making the customer happy. I walked in not knowing much about this new vaporizer outbreak. i decided to start a trial on this new mechanism. The boys helped me pick something i enjoyed, that didn't put a hole in my wallet. Came in for a weed jar left with a shirt, jar and a cute little pack with 3 preroll, would have got more but was low on cash. Honestly my to go place after work. This place is really fully loaded and has all of my smoking needs. Prices and fair and reasonable and the staff know their stuff so if you need a hint as to what to buy, they will guide you. The selection is massive, and they have all the high end hookahs, cigars and glasses. Parking is very easy and they open late just for that last min stuff that you need . Thank you guys. No brainer and would have left it at that. But! This place is ... kinda epic. First gent that drew my attention was Jackson G (?) - simple checkout became a carnival of fun like poof! He somehow learned my name - I started feeling special Just walking in there - then in time literally looking forward to it. Folks are chill and mind their business ... but if you're a dude that likes some banter at the register - omg. Jackson is super pro, knows all the products, always has my (unusual) brand in stock - or conjures a fresh carton from the back somehow (every other joint in town is out half the time) - plus! seriously one of the brighter lights / instant charisma wizards I've bumped into in a business in ... hella long time. Enthusiastic, real, energetic, funny like laugh out loud style, super solid - I spend time in there just shooting the sh*t - and then wander around spending random money like a drunken sailor on posters and stickers and keychains and candy I even use the atm on the regular chuckle ... just so I can hang a little longer! Later met his gal pal Nic: same - super sweet, smart, fun...later got to know Curtis U, another major cat - now everyone in there. I met the owner Carla the other day finally (I'd heard of her from the folks)...hand to god I stood at the register for several minutes gushing about how much I like the store and especially the employees. I don't even smoke cannabis anymore, haven't for years and years. But feel totally at home there. This place is off the hook. I almost hope no one else goes there so I can get more attention and fun...!!! All the customers are always happy, I start conversations with everyone in there like a freakin cocktail party. Truly great small business. And again - just the prices alone warrant a stop-thru. I hardly ever write on yelp - but Carla's team: Jackson, Nic, Curtis, wish I could shout out the others - just a blast. Best part: I found out a friend of mine lives in studio city - started taking about the neighborhood - and the first thing we asked each other: dude do you go that smoke shop next to Subway??
