The tube that feeds the furnace wasn't installed all the way down resulting in the furnace losing fuel despite a quarter of a tank of oil left. I had my AC inspected and serviced last week and now it doesn't work at all. Absolutely NO pride in there work. The head of service will not call me despite 4 requests. I'll be filing a claim with the BBB. Avoid at all costs.

He was let in the house, and I was on my way home (a 6-minute drive) when my roommate called to say Mr. Flynn had already left. Really?! He knew I left work to meet him! They said he looked at the issue for a few seconds, and he said he couldn't fix it because it's an in-depth job and he is going on vacation. Everyone deserves a vacation, but he never offered to contact me when he got back from vacation to do the work. He never even called me back to tell me any of this personally, or to apologize for making me drive home and then leaving on me. He also never offered me a referral, knowing the leak was a problem that needed to be addressed quickly since it's the only bathroom in the house! Horrible customer service and a rude person. I'm actually very relieved he was too busy with his vacation to take on the job!

The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700. I didn't do much shopping around so I don't know how their rate compares to others. The technician who arrived was very nice, professional, and extremely helpful. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Since the visit, my furnace has been running quietly with no more strange noises.
