This place is quality in every way and I've already told friends, family and my interior designer. Although rustic is not my style, I will be back as a few things caught my eye and the customer experience was top notch. So if rustic is your thing, the Arrangement is where you go.

I called back, "YOUR MASK IS COMPLETELY OFF." Like, she wasn't even doing the nose-uncovered fake--the mask was literally around her neck. She called back, "Oh, haha *giggle*" I saw her at the other end of the store a few minutes later. Her mask was on, but then she removed it to talk to me. I saw her a few minutes later speaking to another customer, and the mask was completely off. I said to myself, "Screw this." As I was leaving the store, another male employee was strutting through the store completely maskless, as well. I now wonder if the maskless lady was the owner, Katherine Snedeker, since this cavalier "who gives a f&*k about the health of my customers and co-workers" attitude seems to be part of the culture of the company. Made me pay in advance. - Made me fill out the receipt for my own rugs and didn't sign it. - Offered to hold on to rugs until I was ready to take them back (convenient) - When I wanted them back he was unresponsive to texts and calls. - The phone number and email addresses on the receipt didn't work. - The website says "this domain may belong to another owner" or something equivalent, and I couldn't contact them through it. - When setting up a time to return the 3 rugs he said I had to remind them the day prior. - No showed on the agreed upon return date and was unresponsive all day. Finally texted me the next day saying I really had to text him the day of, so they could remember because they're so busy. - Finally set up another day to return the rugs but called me that morning to say he could only send 1 guy because they were so busy and there would be no time to help me put them in place, they would just drop them inside my door. He says the guy only speaks Spanish so it probably is best to schedule another day. I told him no worries, I know Spanish, bring the rugs today as planned! - Guy shows up early (I was in a zoom meeting and had to bail) and has 2 of my rugs and 1 random rug that isn't mine. - Thankfully he went back to Talebi and brought me my rug. I had to send a photo of it and my receipt to Talebi to make sure they brought the right one! - The delivery guy was super, and helped me place the rugs. - The rugs are clean but not worth the hassle and worry.

However, saying that I was DEEPLY disappointed during my visit would be an understatement. Upon arrival, I was immediately talked down upon. "Do you know how much these rugs cost?" Is what I was asked. When I reassured the salesman that I was working with a client (not present with me) and that I could afford such a rug, he hesitantly asked his workers to show me a couple of options. Based on the way he communicated with me and his body language along with the fact that I was not impressed with any of the options he was showing me, I decided to leave after maybe 15 mins. I politely thanked him for his time (even though he was not at all friendly towards me since the second I walked in.) Before leaving, the assistant worker asked me for my information which I declined to provide given that I didn't feel safe doing so based on the previously stated interactions. However, since I don't like confrontation, I tried to smooth things over by saying, "I'm not interested in anything at this moment but I'm happy to take your card incase I change my mind and decide to contact you in the future." Following this statement, the main salesmen exploded in anger and kicked me out in a very unprofessional, unkind and completely disrespectful manner. He told me, "Get out of here. I knew you were wasting my time." I will never again go back or recommend this place to anyone. I don't know who owns this showroom but I hope that they figure things out quickly on how to interact with potential customers who walk in through their doors. I was honestly looking for at least 2 oversized antique Persian rugs and could have afforded any rug in the showroom. I don't want to say that I was treated in such a negative way because of the color of my skin but it does make me wonder. I hope this experience doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have a set of two vintage…read moremod Milo Baughman Cantilevered sled chairs for Directional with ottoman in immaculate condition, redone with bright heavy chrome frames and grey shorn velvet ...I'll include a pic. I sent an inquiry to A&A and received a very enthusiastic reply saying my chairs were great and as soon as I agreed , she would send over the consignment form. Pretty standard. 50/50 split, but if she sells them online she charges you the consignor another $100 fee. But oh and you have to deliver the pieces to them. They have no delivery or pickup infrastructure in place. What kind of furniture store doesn't deliver ??? I explained in email that my chairs will not fit in either of our vehicles ( and I will not crush them in to make them fit ) and I got ... crickets. No further replies. This store wants no hassles , just bring them the stuff, then they rob you of half the value plus and then make the buyers pick up! Crazy. Plus the quality of items they sell is questionable at best. See a photo of these formica hexagon tables that are chipped dirty and frankly look sourced from a thrift store. So given that they want nothing to do with handling their stock ( my stock essentially ) why would I entrust my chairs to them? Since writing this Erin has sent two emails to get me to change my review.

Really, this is one of the most impressive retail shops ive ever visited! These are world class Specimens curated by the proprietor. Micah Gilbert is a geologist, paleontologist,and gemologist. With degrees in mining and geological engineering,he knows where to source these fabulous specimens he offerers. But as someone who works in the industry, the markup is absolutely ridiculous that it's almost theft. And yes you definitely get what you pay for but you will pay $6000 for two side chairs. Knowing what the cost is at wholesale and what the markup is that they are making is ridiculous. Beautiful unique items but way too expensive.
