The burger was lacking flavor. It was supposed to be dusted with creole, which could not be detected. The onions on the burger were way over cooked and had zero flavor. The scallion aioli saved the burger to add some flavor. The onion rings were overly greasy and most of them were soggy. I will chalk my experience as a bad night for the French Quarter, but I weighed out my dinner mates meal, with a good drink, and a bad meal to give them three stars.
