I went on the website and decided to take the Jamaican themed class. It was priced at $180 per couple. The menu for the night was black bean soup, rice and peas, jerk chicken and shrimp, and rum cake. They already had everything prepped for us. The chef told us exactly how to make each dish. Everything we had was bursting with flavor. The class was so much fun! The chef even threw in some cooking education and he made us laugh while doing it. I highly recommend this class to everyone! It's easy for even a novice cook. They even had a little music going on. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and the service provided. It was definitely a vibe and a fun date night. We made crab cakes, cheese grits with several different toppings, cheesecake, shrimp gravy over biscuits AND OH EM GEE!!! It was all so so good!! Keep in mind this is a BYOB as well.
